What did Duke Su mean by “My sword doesn’t know you”?
Lord Cheng tried to dissuade Duke Su from killing him, claiming to have an indirect link to him as he was the last disciple of the Duke's father. It is a symbolic way of saying that the sword has no connection with him (Lord Cheng), any proximity, and therefore it will not spare him and will do justice.
