I’ve noticed they like to use them a lot in Thai romcoms and it works as part of the charm but I can’t stand it in a show like this it takes me out every time

My only complaint about this drama are the random strange sounds they sometimes use whenever a character does something funny or awkward. I don’t like that stylistic choice at all it really doesn’t fit the overall vibe of this show in my opinion

Damn the ending of episode 6 got me so emotional when miao jing said i know going with with my mom is the better choice. that’s logic and her brain speaking then she says but the life we have now makes me feel safe and grounded. that was her speaking from the heart and what she truly wants

Every episode has been better than the last and there’s nothing groundbreaking about This show at all but it’s a perfect example of good actors elevating a basic script. It’s been great so far

Watching this after recently finishing a splendid match was so strange at first but I’m so glad I didn’t put this show off any longer because this was amazing. Definitely a all time romance for me

I already dislike how the ML is behaving and I know it’s going to get so much worse. Yes she was the one that hurt him and he has every right to be upset but he’s coming across so immature and pathetic it’s so off putting

Episode 32 was so emotional. We obviously already knew how Ye Li was living while on the mountain but to actually see it was heartbreaking

Another really good episode and I like how they brought her ex back into the story immediately instead of just using his character as a cheap way to cause drama late in the story when the ML and FL are actually in a relationship

Let’s be real it’s a Kdrama so that’s definitely a good guess haha

Good first episode and the relationship is developing very fast unlike what we often get with romances. so that’s interesting

ep 12 They use this crazy out of nowhere over dramatic rooftop scenario just so the ML could open up about what happened to his mom. Now I’m not against a scene like that but it just seemed so random and not well thought out on how it fit into the episode

You are spot on. The show was legitimately good for about 10 episodes and I to had hope and kept finding excuses one more episode maybe it will start getting better but nope then I find myself a couple episodes from the end and so I power through and regret it haha

Good decision. For some reason I felt compelled to finish this one even though it gets even worse as it goes haha

I should have jumped off this train wreck around the halfway point when I started questioning some of the writing. because oh boy does it just continue to go downhill. It’s so rushed they clearly needed a few more episodes for this one to work

Every time they kiss it throws me off. because they feel like good friends and roommates not romantic partners lol

I don’t know anything about the situation but unless the person has done something truly terrible just leave them in. why ruin the whole show over one persons mistakes or controversy

That makes sense I guess you can’t cut his character out completely. such a weird situation and I feel bad for everyone else who worked so hard on this. No matter how I look at it that definitely drops the quality of the show at least for me and it’s a bummer. But I appreciate the detailed response maybe I’ll jump back in
