Okay I gave up on this show after episode 2 because of the bad editing and the strange way they replaced the actor playing her ex but everyone is saying it gets better at episode 3 haha so my question is does he continue to appear in the show or did they edit his scenes out all together?

I knew he was hiding it from someone and probably biding time until he is at full strength before he reveals it. So that totally makes sense. Thanks for the insight 👍

Him pretending about not being able to walk even after being cured better play a huge part in the story. Obviously he’s doing it for a reason but im ready to see him finally start doing some shit haha

This has got to be one of them dramas that was shelved and is just now being released. because it just feels a little lesser Quality Got a older feel to it

Ye Li is one of the weirdest and interesting characters I’ve seen in a CDrama. Sometimes her emotions seem genuine then other times I’m not sure she cares for anyone except for the people that have already died and it’s fascinating. But unfortunately as of now Mo Xiu Yao is one of the least interesting characters I’ve seen haha hopefully he will start bringing more to the story soon

It’s definitely not love yet but she has showed some genuine care for him so I was just a little taken back when she just left without a word but like you said revenge has completely consumed her. So much so I honestly don’t think he occupied a single one of her thoughts the whole day while she was investigating who attacked her. So her behavior can be a little frustrating at times but I guess that makes sense given everything she’s been through

Not going to lie Ye Li was a little annoying in the latest episode. So she almost dies then spends several nights with her ex fiancé which obviously is not her fault and she didn’t do anything wrong but the next day after returning home does she explain anything to Mo Xiu Yao? nope she immediately leaves the next morning without a word worrying him all day And then only after he’s rightfully mad does she want to explain everything. Like girl that’s insane behavior

I love how Mo Xiu Yao has just been quietly observing all of Ye Li strange behavior since she arrived at the mansion. like cutting down a tree in the middle of the night also talking to herself just a couple examples and he’s just rolling with it no pun intended haha

Not sure how to feel about the writing in episode 12 and 13. So XYL takes the blame for killing the father of the woman he loves to protect his brother like since when are they that close? And then CZ proceeds to let XYL take charge of a part of her army in a important mission while believing he’s killed her father. That doesn’t make sense

She wants them to reconcile so cao ping doesn’t do something crazy that will ruin Xing Wu future. His grades have already dropped because he’s stressing over cao ping and what he will do next

All these sweet words long looks and awkward touches. I hope all this build up is worth it when they finally get together as adults in the last few episodes haha

Oh so you think she will have 3 different men pursuing her in the Korean version? Haha

I can already see it this cao ping guy is going to get Xing Wu in trouble and he’s not going to be able to graduate or worse

I enjoyed the office politics in the original but unfortunately the romance fell flat. They had almost zero physical affection in the show. it was so PG it really didn’t feel like two adults who were in love so hopefully this one is better in that aspect

Agreed he should have a real conversation with her and try to talk some sense into her but sadly I don’t think that’s going to happen he just lets everything slide like it’s no big deal and I hope he returns to school in the next episode I’m getting tired of him being indecisive when he clearly wants to go back

Yes it indeed went very wrong haha and she’s not against him going back to school but she’s definitely taking advantage of how mature he is so she can avoid being responsible in both work and parenting

Xing Wu mom is so stupid. like in what universe is tattooing someone with no training or license a normal thing to do? No wonder Xing Wu has to work so hard because she has zero brain cells

At this point I feel like we are only going to get like 10 episodes of them as adults after the time skip. which I’m also looking forward to
