Li Jing dong sticking up for Li Zhen while calling her his niece in front of the whole family was so touching. His character development has been a joy to watch

As a whole I didn’t really like the last episode but the final scene of them just sleeping comfortably was a perfect ending

Yeah I completely get it not being as popular because it’s more about art and culture like you said and I personally don’t even think a 7.6 is a bad rating but a lot of people on this website do and probably won’t even give it a shot and that’s a shame

All I needed was just like 10 minutes of them being happy together at the end. It was nothing but stress and sadness then just ends felt a little jarring

I like ji chang wook but unfortunately I don’t like any of the screenwriters previous work. Fingers crossed it’s good

It’s Interesting seeing a show of this quality under a 8. Maybe because it’s not action packed or romance heavy yet people are finding it boring? That’s the only thing I can think of. Anyway this shows great give it a shot

The director trying to make him look cool every time he makes an entrance when we know he’s just reckless and immature is just funny to me. Nothing serious haha

They keep trying to make Ye Xian look cool and it’s just not working. it’s even made me laugh a few times. He’s like a little boy cosplaying as a man lol

So YX dad just happened to die around the time of their wedding day and then they even crossed paths with them in the street. Cool now when GJZ finds out she’s probably going to be feeling bad for YX and thinking about him instead of her husband oh and just to add a little more fun CXQ might go see her in private on her wedding night which would be a huge scandal. I fear the next episode is going to be nothing but pain

Overall really enjoyed this one the comedy hit and it had some of the best side characters in recent memory. I also think the ending wrapped up nicely. It’s a solid 8 for me

That’s a very fair point. But she has stood up to his threats and crazy behavior so many times without having a breakdown the only thing that made this situation different was him being heart broken so that’s how I personally took her reaction in that scene

Yup and she was crying over hurting his feelings so much so that she collapsed. Her soft spot for him is so annoying

I would be excited for that but I know damn well he’s not going to give up and move on haha

ML is in the dumpster right now. just straight up trash

Literally came to comment on this as well. That was a terrible thing to do and he should know better then anyone how much that would hurt her especially since he has also been suffering and feeling guilty just like her

I’m leaning towards her dad. Phoem is the obvious choice because we know he’s capable of killing so he could do it out of jealousy but he did genuinely care about tone growing up and if he was the one to do it shen would never forgive him

It suddenly got really dark in the last couple episodes. I just have a feeling tone is gonna die

No way this show has a happy ending right? In fact I feel like it will probably be a tragic one
