P.S. I really felt his emotion in the film. Especially, in the before and after scenes of him trying to recall the miranda rights and trying to use handcuffs. I believed his character's conviction and his natural instinct to do the right thing ๐ฅฒ
I remember hearing about Kim Woo Bin just as I was getting into kdramas, but I never really got to watch any of his works and adore him in the same way as his fans. When he came back, it felt like my second chance. Since his return, I've watched almost all of his new works. I'm so glad he recovered because he is such an amazing actor and (after reading this interview) he seems like such an amazing person. I have respect for his talent and work ethic. His interview is an inspiration.

It's just my interpretation, but I thought Mizuki didn't tell Natsu about the baby because she thought that she was helping Natsu. I don't think she meant for Natsu and Mizuki to break up. Whether her decision helped or not is debatable ๐ , but I don't think Mizuki was intentionally acting malicious. Also, it wasn't only Yayoi who chose her own happiness. Natsu chose his own happiness too. They both didn't choose each other. Actually, that's what I really like about their conversation in his apartment is that they mutually chose their own happiness although it made them very sad ๐ญ

I've watched enough dramas now to know what I like to watch and what I don't like to watch. So regardless of rating, my biggest factor for choosing to watch a drama or not is based on my personal taste. For instance, I'll watch dramas with low ratings because I like the plot outline or the cast list. That said, when I do look at ratings, it's normally to confirm how I already feel.
Every year, I miss out on one or two high-rated dramas. What happens is I don't put them on my 'to watch list' and then they get super popular ๐ But in my experience, most of the time when I give in and watch dramas that I decided that I wouldn't watch, I normally discover that they weren't for me to begin with.
In the same way I love watching dramas that other people don't, I want other people to discover for themselves the dramas that make them happy. That's why I say, there's a drama out there for everyone ๐
From early on in the story, I wished that the writer would reveal the secret. From a writing perspective, I think that an early reveal could have left more room for creativity. As a result, we could have gotten to see the leads relationship develop further and more funny scenes could have ensued from the awkward challenge they would have had to face.
More than feeling frustrated, I feel a loss over the creative opportunties that might have been. After watching so many dramas, I have come to appreciate a show that is unafraid to 'reveal it's cards' early on. It helps the writer to find new angles and ideas to continue progressing the plot and feeding the audience.
Deep down I really wanted this story to work. So I started watching MNAD while still monitoring the comments for MSM. Watching it blow up in a good way confirmed what I was already feeling. I knew I wanted to enjoy it in real time with the fans, so I made a plan. I caught up to all ten episodes in a week. I can definitely say that I haven't loved a rom com this much since Love to Hate You.

Yes, I noticed in episode 11 that Gwi-ju's mum was sitting at the head of the table. In the culture I grew up in, sitting at the head of the table is "normally" where the dad sits. The dad representing the "head of the household". The roles are reversed in this show.
