Actually I find it the other way around. I like the FL character but didn't like the ML character. She makes all the initiative with their relationship, is brave and spunky. He on the other hand is quite useless. He can't speak his mind and clear any misunderstanding. Always relied on his assistant and his mom to help him with his relationship with the FL. I've watched both and I do like perfect and casual better because the ML has a way better personality.

For those who wanted Victor Ma for the main role, the production company are not stupid. They are not going to invest a bunch of money on a fairly unknown actor who mainly just played some support roles before. Unless he's is super good looking and a raising star with a huge fan base, they might take a chance on him. They are there to make money, of course, they will find main actors who are fairly well known and good actors. No offence to Victor Ma. It is what it is.

It was ok to me but if you're looking for romance, there was barely any. Good thing it was only 12 episodes so doesn't drag too much.

Any of these would've been better than what they have right now. Someone should be fired for approving that English title.

CGI usually gets better every year...if it's worse than the ones a few years ago, then I would consider it bad.

Bad choice of FL though. Not believable at all that she was supposed to be ugly without makeup?? what? At least make her look average without makeup. When she was crying, having a meltdown that she was ugly, I was rolling my eyes.

I agree with everyone, that the 2nd couple have too much airtime and their story is not even related to the main couple. It could have been 2 separate dramas. I fast forward most of their interaction and I didn't miss anything. Could have been just 20 episodes but it took 34 episodes for a kiss scene from the main leads when the 2nd couple had so many already. I rated this 7.5 is being really generous.

Maybe try not use the word 'propose', instead use 'confess'. I thought you were saying proposing marriage.

1st episode, there was this servant at the door who was speaking Cantonese. Just seems so weird lol, I'm guessing it's the director making a guest appearance?

Park Min Young must have cringed so much when this drama came out. Probably thinking "What the hell was I thinking accepting such a role?"

Also I don't know why the FL is being so forgiving/ humble with her mom. If my mom abandons me and never taken care of me, I would be so angry and won't even acknowledge her. But she's begging her mom to have a relationship with her dad and her. Regardless of the reason, mothers should never treat their kids this way. If you choose to have children, be responsible for them.

Episode 10 is so illogical in so many ways. Someone drew a bunch of red skulls with kill all over the office , the FL go chasing after this person and got locked up and still thinks it was her boss that did it as a joke. The boss goes in the office and see all these writing and red skulls with the word die and kill all over the wall but didn't even bother to report or call the police?? just followed the red marks with a dog in his hand and easily found her. The door wasn't even locked. Afterwards, they just calmly joke about it at home. WTF! I don't think I'll be able to continue watching such dumb plot.

That's just dumb. They should just add the tag if it's relevant to the story.

6 years is an age gap (real life)? then every other drama will have this tag. I've seen so many dramas where the FL is older than the ML in real life but played the younger character,

Just watched 5 episodes. Can totally tell this drama is dated. Thank goodness, I don't think the newer dramas have these kind of dumb, spineless doormat FLs anymore, constantly being bullied by everyone even the maid without fighting back but being apologetic to everyone.

I just started this and i thought they were childhood friends where their families were very close growing up that she calls him brother, but not blood related.
