I put this on hold last year at episode 20 because it was too angsty. Now I'm trying to finish it. It's really hard to watch...people weren't kidding with the amount of blood spitting. I'm on episode 29 now and I need a break. I feel really bad for TTJ and I'm actually hoping he would die so he doesn't need to suffer anymore. Don't know how people are rewatching this. Once is definitely enough.

Episode 15 : If she has been shapeshifting ever month, shouldn't she be used to it by now but she seems to panic every single time, like she doesn't know what to do. Thought she would just make some excuse and run out of the place instead of hiding behind some see-through curtains and waiting for the ML to save her.

True but it just seems unwarranted the hostility she has displayed for him. Given his position and he was undercover so can't disclose everything to her, seems petty to hold that against him when he has been helping her all along. Yes, Suolou is more annoying. Her actions didn't seem like just petty attention grabbing. It's like she intentionally trying to harm and scheme against her own brother.

I don't get why YNX is so against JXB. Ok so he didn't let her know the whole truth with the fake marriage but I don't think he did anything wrong. She was like I'm not on his side - in the past, current and in the future. He has never harmed her and saved her so many times and help her when she needs help. She's so ungrateful. I like her in the beginning but now I don't really like her character anymore.

Exactly! I guess everyone is different. If i were to have an issue with voices, definitely the FL's voice but I know that's how she sounds like when I watched her other dramas.

IKR! the most passionate kiss was between the FL and 2ML in the beginning scene...I know it doesn't really count since it's not 'technically' the FL but can't believe they didn't give one between the leads. Another thing I was so disappointed with is the FL let the emperor win when she decided not to be together with the ML who treated her so well and love her so much.

I haven't watched yet but the producer is so smart and actually listen to the audience and give them what they want. Hoping future dramas would do the same!

This is one of the most boring rebirth/revenge story. I don't usually fast forward mini dramas because it's fast paced enough but this one I was watching in x2 speed. Just found the leads way too nice and there is no satisfaction on their revenge. I also got used to all the sensual kisses in minis recently so this one was so disappointed. I don't think there was even 1 consensual kiss scene between the leads.

Ah got it. Oh yes, yellow is also pronounce the same as king. I guess it's because Wong is such a popular surname in Cantonese, I just assume it was always this character 王. Thanks for explaining.

I started the 2017 version. Way better in the storytelling. The actors were way better too even though they were probably newbies during that time. I actually felt the emotions of the characters unlike the characters here. I didn't even feel sad with the double suicide.
