Unless you're a native speaker, translation is very misleading. I used it to gasp the meaning but not literally since some phrases cannot be translated. If a Chinese speaker says it's cringe then I'll probably believe it more.

It's weird though. I never heard anyone speak Finnish in this drama. Just English when they were communicating with locals. Even the locals were speaking English among themselves.

The ML's acting needs more work but he made up for it by going shirtless multiple times and good kissing scenes lol. The FL is cute and sassy. It was enjoyable watch for a short mini series 8/10

I haven't watched yet but surprised the kiss scene was fake. Usually mini dramas has hotter kisses...I guess I won't be watching it.

Totally agree with the public confession. It's not romantic unless you're 100% sure the response is going to be positive. Some girls are just too nice/soft to say 'no' and humiliate the guy.

Why is the responsibility on the girl? If the girl shows no interest, didn't do anything to show her interest. Like you said, you should know if someone likes you, then you should also know if someone is not interested as well. But sometimes don't make assumptions because we could be wrong as well, unless you heard it directly from the source. Don't be so confident and confess in public if you don't want to be rejected and humiliated. This is totally on the guy.
