I watched her in the Republican drama with He Jian Qi. She quite pretty. Another collaboration with these two.

I didn't like this and dropped it halfway. I just find it icky she was in relationship for 4 years with the older brother and sleeping with him, and she broke up with him and immediately slept with the younger brother. Too incesty for me.

I would trust Baidu rather than MDL.

This is the reason why I appreciate Fated Heart so much for the ruthlessness and no mercy to the villains.

This was a really bad debut vertical drama for Yan zi xian. It was terrible and his acting was so wooden. It was depressing and boring to me. The only pro was the visuals of the leads.

He's really good looking. Sadly, most of his dramas were historical. I only watch modern vertical dramas.

I just binged all 3 seasons and it did deserve the high rating. It's very well made and so hilarious. The FL, the grandfather and the grandsons have such an awesome family dynamic. Love it!

Yes same. I hate his guts. If he was a villain, I would have no expectation for him, but he being the good guy and doesn't even protect his own flesh and blood, but be part of the group who bullied him, is where I draw the line.

HongYe is so useless. He doesn't protect his son at all. He has to let his wife (who is dead) to protect their son.

I don't blame you. I gave up on HongYe on ep 12. He did nothing to protect his son and he would have been killed if he didn't inherit that fire thingy from his mother. The only time he decided to take action was to protect that evil uncle who was trying his hardest to kill his son. HongYe is not redeemable at this point. I don't care what he went through.

The reason I didn't watch LIP was because I heard it was a sad ending. Now I've been told, this might be a sad ending as well waah it's too late for me to turn back. I'm invested lol

Yes I get it. There was probably a complicated background that shaped his current behaviour but I don't think I can watch LIP with the way I'm feeling for HongYe, unless he has some character development later.

Yes I know the actor is different but the character Hong Ye, I hate him so much here, I'm not sure I can watch LIP without influencing my feeling for him there. I'm sure it was a great love story between the protagonists so to have him treated his son so heartless, growing up without love, is truly heartbreaking.

The dad here is just as bad as the emperor in Fated heart. I haven't watched LIP but I don't know how I can support the protagonists there, after watching episode 11.

I must have missed it, but what happened to FL's nose? why is there a cut/line on it permanently?

I haven't watched LIP and after starting this, it makes me less incline to watch it. I feel bad for Fugui and his parents (protagonists in LIP) were the ones who put him in this situation.

That's the famous line when the protagonists found out they were both time travelers by speaking in English.
