I'm kind of offended by comments like this. It's saying Korean are of higher standard in terms of beauty. Should not compare different races as beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

Ok I watched ep 24 and I get her reasoning. She thinks her life is worthless, hence she didn't think she's worthy in his eyes so she didn't want him to make that decision. She totally underestimate his love for her so she didn't think he would care too much if she dies.

I get what you're saying but I don't agree with it. If she dies, he would live with that guilt for the rest of his life, knowing he could've saved her. What is more important to him, his master's promise or her life? Let him decide.

Well I think her reasoning is shit. Maybe she should ask herself, if it was the other way around, JBZ is going to die and she has the cure but giving it to him puts her in a difficult position. Would she do it?? I'm 100% sure she would do anything to save him, so what makes her think he won't do the same for her.

I think she's putting him in a worse situation if she dies. The poor man living with the guilt for the rest of his life., that he could've saved his beloved but didn't.

Yes I get that but she doesn't even need to reveal her identity. Just let him know she was poisoned needs it to survive and he would have given to her. She was just being really stupid. Just think how he would've felt if she dies and he found out he could have saved her. He would go mad with guilt.

I'm on ep 23 and I really don't get her reason for not telling him she was poisoned and she needs the Golden Millet Dream to heal her or she would die. I'm 100% sure he would have given it to her. All those angst for nothing.

Thanks I should have checked your comment first. I tried the one with Yang Yubin since I like him but I don't like the FL. I find her very pretentious and always pushing the ML away. Maybe I'll check out the other one.

I finally watched this version. Not one of the better one IMO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYzNk_kKRKY&list=WL&index=137 I don't like the FL in this version. She's too high maintenance, bossy towards the ML and childish. The ML treats her so well but I have yet to see her treat him nicely.

I finally resume watching ep 27-28 because I was too chicken and didn't want to watch if it has a bad ending. Now I can finish in peace lol

But I find it weird that the lawyer think it would easier to steal the paternity test that was done 12 years ago rather than take a hair from SHM and HCC and do the test. But then again, the result would not be the same lol.

Oh I see. Just lower your expectation if you decided to watch them. It's 2 min per episode and more for entertainment, like a trashy romance novel but it's all the hype now :-)

It's safe to say it won't measure up and you can't compare. Vertical dramas are usually a cheap production that is filmed in a couple of weeks. There is no comparison.
