Yeah, she's the key, even ShenShen have weird feeling about her. Only an emotionless person can detect her, which is hard to find since everybody just goes into emotion with her as a woman and as nurse.
The other 2 guys could be working for her, she or he knows being in high position could be easily suspected if things goes wrong, so I think Kunwu is none of these higher ups, also how fast she decipher every scenes every time and adapt
