The set of the first few episodes displays a lot of French stuff. As a French, I'm impressed by the details and effort they put in. The set alone is a 9 for me. The drama is also fast paced, packed with actions, the plot is mysterious enough. Obviously, the colonial era is not for everyone and it's too early to judge

This time, things will change trust me 😂, but i don't mind going through some blood spitting experience

Well I tried many times enjoying those 2 popular BL, they're good but it's just not my type I guess, this will always be number one for me personally.

Just finished it, a solid 8.5 for me, Some fights scenes in between episodes felt short but i think it's because there are so many martial artist in this series. My favorite was Mr Li Chang Sheng, I hope they make his 180years stories in another drama

I'm finally up to date, Mr Li is my favorite so far, both actors did an amazing job.
