Hee shik's character is sooo cute. Such a sweetheart. Only green flags till now. His character is reminding me of joon ho from Attorney woo. He was also so kind the FL. Also I am not a fan of seong wu's acting but so far he has been really good and convincing

Ep 1 was great. The overall production is really high. The main girl is so cute looking and the sml looks like a hot villain. Not digging seong wu's new hairstyle lol but his character seems sweet. I'll definitely be watching the upcoming episodes

Same. Red sleeves was the last historical drama that hit me hard and now my dearest has hit ten times Harder. Can't recall any other period drama which was this impactful

maybe gilchae had an abusive marriage? Someone choking her seems to be a scene in the flashback because gilchae looks like a noble only in that scene. Maybe her husband was abusive, tried to choke her and in that tussle she only killed him? DAMN I AM GOING CRAZY WITH THE THEORIES 😭🙈

They might try to show that despite being a widow which practically meant the end of a woman's life in those times, jang hyun's still loved her and would possibly still want to marry her. ( if they want to show how great of a love story they have)

Or it could also be the writer fooling us. Releasing a preview where majority will draw the conclusion that GC got married and became a widow. They might come up with a completely different reason as to why her hair are tied up. Who knows. let's see. I am eagerly waiting for the 13th to see how their story unfolds
