Damn government can’t just take the fact that,two brothers hugging or being fond of each other is just normal,they act like it’s a taboo. Soo many Chinese men(and men in general) share close bonds with their brothers(adopted or not) or close friends but god forbid,they show it in dramas 😐😒.
That puppy doe eyes Haixia did,when he saw Haiyan was sooo 🥺🥺. Thing is,ZHX doesn’t talk much nor tells you how he feels,it’s all in his eyes & actions. The love,care & warmth he feels from ZHY,is why he reciprocate it in his own way. A bond like that can NEVER be shaken. But their shifu JUST had to ruin the moment by throwing the plant pot at Haiyan,when he was going to hug him 😒(I know they deleted that hug scene,damn censorship acting like,they was gon smooch tsk tsk).

What I really love about this drama,apart from the plot,fighting scenes,chemistry is how ZHX indulges ZHY,he lets him be himself. More reason why their mentor/adopted mother told ZHX(in the novel) that,he always indulges ZHY,that’s why he has such a personality.

6 episodes in & I’m liking this drama,funny & quirkey. The trio are a bunch of goofballs 🤣🤣. It doesn’t just jump into their powers from the get go. Also,there’s no romance,I dunno what some people are on here saying. There’s chemistry alright but it’s an aloof master and his goofy disciples type of chemistry. So if you’re expecting romance or want it,it’s not for you 🤷🏽♀️
Passing by to say ,I LOVE this drama!! Everything is on point! SkyNani can do no wrong in my eyes 👏🏽👏🏽. The storyline,chemistry, fight scenes & cgi effect is just muuuaaahh 💋. Also I think Niran genuinely likes Pete and wants to stay friends forever. I think it’s just something about Pete(well,apart from the fact that he has some part of a strong demon in him),Niran clicks with him very well. Niran may not talk much,but he really likes hanging around with Pete. Okay bye,gonna wait for the next episode sigh 😒.

I feel like Klao did have feelings for Phop too,but due to circumstances,he was too indulged in finding the culprit,drowning in booze to the point that he was hurting too much to see how much Phop loves & cares for him. Klao always said he didn’t want to part from Phop,whiles Phop kept assuring him that,no matter how apart they are,he’ll always find his way back to Klao. Now that Nukun has taken over Klao’s body & has also fallen for Phop,this is basically fate bringing them together(even if it’s not the real Klao,sadly). About Jom & Kaew,I see why the present Jom(Thi) is the one chasing after present Kaew(Pun),baby done cursed him from ancient times to modern day(he deserves it honestly 🤣🤣). Uuugghh,I hope my babies Nukun & Phop get their happy ending & can love freely 🤗.

But this drama is very intriguing,not to talk of the cinematography,chemistry and storyline. I’m ALWAYS a sucker for the plot and natural chemistry(hate toxic BL’s by the way,it makes my blood boil for some reason 😐). So thank you to those who put me on,when I first discovered this gem & wanted to find out about how interesting the plot is.

He suspected Kaysorn actually. He remembered what he was told about the the special scent of the Mudan tribe. To me,it seems Scent,is using deceit as a way to lure Kaysorn,cos his body language says a lot. But heyyy…we all see things differently,which makes the discussion more interesting.
All I’ll say is,Scent,you manipulative little shit 😒,Kaysorn,better not fall for anything he says. Other than that,love the cinematography and this is my first time seeing Pearl as a manipulative character.
