As you see two documents of DNA test has been taken from oh soo jae house when police raided her house. One is positive (related) another one is NEGATIVE (not related). I have a rare speculation that jae yi would be chairman choi daughter.
I have other speculation thet it would be gong chan step sis daughter or kang eun seo daughter .

I think trio doesn't know about eun seo presence (if on the other way her mother gong chan stepmom knows about his daughter is alive. That trio will not be quiet and didn't you find suspicious if oh soo jae didn't make gong chan release before 1 year then who made fake evidence for gong chan to release ????

I don't know soo jae age but I am sure age diff is 6-8

As the story now needed is main lead intraction . Which has been great.
Romance getting better after 10th episode, every episode will talk about their past and how they going to heal and make the bad guys to pay for their crime

As oh soo jae said about water the plant as an important code word to Gong chan. He had also taken a file/laptop from oh soo jae house ; it also plays a big role in later episodes

I also don't have an concrete probability answer. They may think eunseo as an card (strong evidence) to destroy that trio.They may try to bring her memory back (that scene where yoon se pil put a blanket on her to overcome fear ?)

Extra info:- I want to clarify that I am not supporting main lead : and till now I didn't watch even a single hwang in yeop drama(now watching why her) . Have Watched seo hyun jin dramas more.

I don't think she has any male friends in the drama till now. As you know in episode 8 oh soo jae school life was discussed. She has only one friend till now is Chae joon hee (doctor).

I don't watch a movie or a drama in a negative way which will make me lose the intrest.i am just explaining the situation you difficult to understand which I had better understanding in my own way even though it is not 100% director view on the drama. I don't have love brain I enjoy romance with main plot , I won't watch romance without any strong story line. I hope you understand what I said . And I don't judge a drama based on irlogical events because it is a drama for entertaining purpose . if you felt romance is forced you can comment your opnion and move on and can say it as destiny (lol- just for fun) (If you felt any doubt I can answer the question to the best , except gong chan face changes after years passed - that I don't have answers director have to answer the reason in later episodes.

Her friend doesn't know how exactly oh soo jae is facing the problems but she (her friend) knows from whom the problems are coming to oh soo jae. But gong chan knows in which form the problems are coming so he is worried about her everytime which oh soo jae never had in her lawyer life.

Explanation to brain dead romance point:-
I don't think this drama is full forced romance (except some point). Eventhough there are negative I think it doesn't overshadow their relationship for me. I won't watch a drama just for romance unless the plot and character are good.

That gold bars , that monks who were safeguarding the gold which Vincenzo doesn't know. Babel real chairman is taceyeon but they think real chairman was Kwak dong yeon. And that piano computer girl all are twist. Like that many are there which I called as suspense.

Oh soo jae will start a office or be a tenant at gong chan building after losing her job in TK firm and her house given by TK and eventually will find out he is Kim dong gu (secret cabin board details).
