ML last episode was nice, especially in last scene of epi 6.
( I don't know much about acting ; I just enjoy the show as far as plot is nice for me)

My thoughts are same as yours.
But I have a theory eventhough it is not oh soo jae daughter , she will take jae yi from that family as I speculate it will be the daughter of gong chan step sister.

Gong chan will get the girl in this drama. Don't worry

1.Her friend is a doctor ; now she knows oh soo jae loves gong chan. So she may thought oh soo jae should open her mind towards gong chan .

2.Gong chan also have sad past so director may decided to make them open their mind towards each other .

She may not told her friend because she may have decided not to her child secret to anyone at the time (7 years before)

Now everything thing happening when oh soo jae have an additional love interest gong chan. So mostly tell their sad stories to their loved ones not to reduce their pain in the heart and remove their sad past from their mind.

My guess
We may have a cameo for "ice store owner daughter"

We all know chairman choi decided to make joo wan marriage with oh soo jae. He will definitely tell that jae yi is his daughter and ask her if you want her daughter marry joo wan.
They will make it DNA report with his original daughter match with jae yi.
So I mostly think oh soo jae daughter named sky really died in us.
Jae yi will not be oh soo jae daughter I am sure of this.
His plan is always wanted oh soo jae to work under joo wan in TK firm. Not want her to gain power in TK firm. So chairman choi will use the daughter to control oh soo jae.
Do you think chairman choi will let loose of oh soo jae after she tries to attempt on gaining TK firm.

Chairman choi have a plan to lock oh soo jae with the daughter plot. Reason below

He took pendrive to save oh soo jae. He also explained in that episode.if they know oh soo jae has the pendrive he tought it may be danger for her.

I don't know about the age factor of the child. But I can say the fact that writter making it so obvious to the viewers with a suspense. These is no plot twist regarding that and chairman also makes makes a comment on parential right when talking about divorce case

What If jae yi is gong chan step sister daughter

I personally feel this story should make jae yi as gong chan step sister daughter.
That plot will be amazing and viewers will like that

I have a thought that jae yi won't be her daughter.
Because writer made it more obvious for the viewers which doesn't give any attractiveness to the drama's screenplay.(a lowkey theory)

But the child may be gong chan step sister daughter too. It has a possibility. It will be like a plot twist and the viewers will enjoy

If oh soo jae daughter is jae yi ( sky) Not against this mother daughter bond. But I can say this for sure ; some viewers won't like it. Some may like this plot.

Mostly it will have happy ending

On the other hand ; May be oh soo jae also die try to save gong chan from the villans.
