√ oh soo jae have no intention to teach so she is not a full teacher {mindset}
√ There are more story to focus and cover , so not possible to have teacher Student relationship with no romance
✓ only student we will have is no. 8 team of 5 students
Not even having 10 students casting (my point)
✓ If the drama focus on student teacher relationship there will be no ratings like this because most of the viewers won't enjoy only a few will .

Note:- I am a romance fan I usually watch any kdrama without bias after having these three liking plot + romance + happy ending.
But I didn't view this drama as student teacher romance drama but I see this as law romance mystery drama

Seo hyun jin already acted in a teacher drama without romance genre (drama name :- black dog) you can try this if don't want romance in teacher Student drama

Not possible ; as they finished shooting this week and anyway they are not going to remove romance from the drama as it is the main genre. So don't worry about it.

In melodrama , viewers theory will come true mostly.

2 days before (Wednesday) telecasting episode 3 (Friday) a photo has been shared in internet in which oh soo jae kiss gong chan (which we seen in episode 3 end).

Last point maybe viewed as other way.
My theory :-
Oh soo jae was appointed by director baek to support gong chan in his step sister case. Which was a plan by TK to hire her because she worked as a defendant (who works for free and righteous). TK chairman knows her talent they made oh soo jae lose the case so she may join TK. As the story bound by step sister linked with chaiman choi. First son joo wan. Oh soo jae knows about step sister mystery after joining TK she knows joo wan involved in the case so she made evidence excluding joo wan from the list and made another person to admit for saving Gong Chan after 1 year from jail and made herself distance from him (avoided him) . These past events made oh soo jae to be cold and not believe others in the world.

Love line needed for the future episodes.
✓ Another point - They expressed their feelings without any hesitation as they naturally attract because of their personality.

All the scenes from trailer (5 minutes) are going to be completed. As we are going to see remaining clips in upcoming epi 5 & epi 6.

So true but he is going to like her for sure. But his role will also explore his father and brother works in TK firm more (I also had a thought about this)

At the same time screen writer and director were good in previous works so they will have a reason why ROMANCE IS MADE AS A SECOND IMPORTANT GENRE.

Adding some more understand (why needed romance in why her)
Main leads doesn't have any one on his side during the case even his own father was didn't believe him At that time oh soo jae believed him. Gong chan may had a affection towards oh soo jae at that point of time which may developed into love eventually the time passes. Only thing Gong chan had in the mind to stay strong in the harsh world is oh soo jae and his two friends(running restaurant).

At oh soo jae story - love line is must
As all you know there is no one besides her. She is lonely. No one loves her. All of them wanted her to come down (except few). She spends her life most of the time in lonliness. As you seen her father died , his mother and brothers didn't care about her except her money. This makes her cold, makes her heart closed for everyone. Gong chan made her to smile , made her to feel what is love (loving others).

✓ oh soo jae may know joo wan related to gong chan step sister case so she may have taken steps to release gong chan after 1 year joining TK firm (she knows the full details of the case after joining TK Firm) and avoided him for a better life from these evil persons.

✓ directer baek made oh soo jae to take the case of gong chan . So she may lose and join TK .

✓ oh soo jae only done the things chairman choi wanted (before taking hansu bio books in her possession) this means chairman choi controlled her in the past.

I also thought of another thing.
√ May be she knows that gong chan step sister death was related to joo wan when she joined TK, after that she made evidence so that Gong chan was released after 1 year and made another person to surrender. And made it like she was not related so it will be better for the future of gong chan from the villans.
This reason may also made oh soo jae not to trust any one in the world and having no friends , wanting power to control others.

It is the full story of the drama in gong chan perspective. He want to take her from the people around her who want her to go down.

For hansu bio sale : I think there will a lot of problems will be behind it who discovers it first will able to control the people involved in it

For director baek and chairman choi both are on the same team as they uses same word while convincing oh soo jae to do a work related to them.

My theory is oh soo jae was appointed by director baek to defend gong chan (10 years back). Director baek knows that oh soo jae will lose which will make her to join TK 10 YEARS BACK and she done all the things till
now are leaded by them( they indirectly controlled oh soo jae till the episode beginning before oh soo jae gain pocession of the hansu documents.

Yes that car scene when gong chan asked sorry for the wrong idea related to the evidence. As he call she only rembembers that restaurant confessions related to his 7 billion boyfriend so she tells him he is not his boyfriend without any hesitation to break the misunderstanding between with him.
