2.most important (theory) Oh soo jae may know about her step sister case related with TK. So oh soo jae may framed some one instead of the real culprit. That why he is released within one year. If she was in relationship and gong chan will found out this eventually this will hurt for both if them (this mostly gonna happen)

✓ yoon sang heard from the team while gong chan asked his teammates help. As gong chan knows he is TK firm chairman lawyer as gong chan suspect his brother involvement in this robbery attempt . So he may have decided not to involve him but he unfortunately heard while from his teammates.
As the preview shows Gong chan is having some secrets we can see that in today episode. May be that's why he can analyse the robbery easily (you have seen in episode 5 oh soo jae and gong chan have the same thought in the robbery incident)
