If Vincenzo season 2 happens we can see where the story aheads

He does antihero stuffs but I cannot accept Vincenzo is good as at the end he goes back to his original life of being in Italy to protect his adopted father family from other families.

You said Vincenzo is good guy he is a mafia lawyer in Italy who does everything for his clients.

Sorry little bit Correction needed , Vincenzo is a evil guy not a good guy. Hong cha young father said this "ONLY EVIL CAN DEFEAT EVIL". He (Vincenzo) latter changed into less evil character but he is not a good guy at the end too.
I seen Vincenzo all episodes : it is one the best ongoing drama which I Seen in my past years. So much hype in each episodes

Whole plot is OH SOO JAE AND GONG CHAN , THEIR PAST , THEIR DETERMINATION , OH SOO JAE PLANS TO ACHIEVE IT.

Melodrama genre will have this theme; main leads will have a tough challenge to bring evil down.
Vincenzo is not melodrama; Vincenzo had more advanced depth in plot and with a suspense than whyher had a reasonable plot (till now more mystery is surrounded) with a mystery and melo + romance added on.
So don't compare it will hurt the both drama in one or other way.

Gong chan is crossing the line (gong chan love one are in grave danger ; so he crossed the limit explained in epi 3) . It went bit overboard when oh soo jae was attacked but later now she talks to him casually. (Gong chan break the wall made by oh soo jae)
For me their intractions scenes are logical (some negative won't overshadow everything)
*Episode 8 is better than expected

Romance is second important genre in this story (first main genre is mystery)
What do you expect the writers to do. It is drama afterall

Answer:- the only men around her showing that he was worried about her. No one worried about her (Except her friend) from she joined TK. Edited:- all of them around her wanted her to fall.

Why her - melodrama with crime law
Usually in melodrama, both female and male leads suffer a lot.
So I can't agree with your opinion that there should be always win for main leads . It's not possible in melodrama (my perspective in kdrama till now)

If director want to female lead , she will win but in melodrama usually main lead suffer from dark past and consistent failure but they achieve their target at the end. That's the nature of melo. I love it when it is with romance genre

I didn't see in that in episode 5 where oh soo jae sitting on the sofa , when such stills are released for the episode 5 . I have a hunch we may have that scene tommorow in vising oh soo jae memories while in prision . As you all know there will be less intraction between them in episode 8
