I don't think there will be love triangle. May be having a sister brother bond (I hope so) . But I clearly know yoon sang having a crush or a affection towards oh soo jae which I seen in 5m trailer and in these 4 episodes but I don't think soo jae have any feelings towards yoon sang.

Ratings will improve eventually at the end of the drama , if it is good (for me it is great)

I don't know about other girl same colour white shoe (it has its own story)
But I seen soo jae while relaxing from work load she removed the heels in the office in episode 1

I read a comment in twitter ; daughter of joo wan is oh soo jae daughter. I literally taken a back at that moment because it feels not a prabable theory as oh soo jae hates when she met the joo wan daughter in epi 2. I am hoping it won't be true because only reason as oh soo jae said when she drunk "have you kissed a man first" (about gong chan) to his friend. I think oh soo jae not had a Romantic relationship with anyone in past

I had an understanding in this scene
After oh soo jae said about not to act nice to her because of his(chan) feelings.
He suddenly replied that I didn't ask you to like me back. I think in this scene oh soo jae didn't expect that word from gong chan. She is little bit upset and at the end he literally said it's one sided and take care of his feelings himself. These words makes oh soo jae litte bit upset and mad at him. At the same time, gong chan didn't left the place after he said about his feelings. Oh soo jae usually didn't wear any heals when he want to relax (seen in first episode to relax she removed his heals). She did the same At the same time gong chan at the door itself (this is my view on the scene) that why he entered within seconds. AND KISS everyone who watched ep 3 will know it's not rushed. [everything about it was explained in the show itself] And at the glass break oh soo jae didn't need help to clean the pieces eventhough after a words exchange gong chan came to help that why oh soo jae asked "WHAT ARE YOU DOING".

Has any one can tell me about to firm chairman first son joo wan.
Something had been between oh soo jae and joo wan.
And why break up with his wife (joo wan wife)
And oh soo jae neglected to take his case.
