Damn, I'm already on ep 24 in just 2 days and can't stop watching - this drama is sooooo good, love it! Like, seriously, I wish we had more dramas like this!
3 more eps and then I'm out of subs...raw up till 44...and then the waiting begins, sigh, that will be one torturous week for the last eps
Honestly, didn't expect it to be this good but 7 eps in and I love it and can't stop watching, really love the relationship between the main couple and all in all, the drama is real good so far, hope it keeps it up!
I don't get, well...I do, 'cuz people have different tastes, buuuut - why do so many people complain and drag down the drama? Sure, first ep looked like it might be boring, but it actually wasn't! And with each ep it only gets better and while I wouldn't say it's great, the drama is certainly really good! I keep clicking on that next episode and honestly, this has been a marathon from the 1st ep for me! Day 2 and I'm already on ep 24 :D I'll run out of episodes by tomorrow and then the agonising waiting for new eps will begin XD
Totally agreed about the editing. The night/day glitches, the cut trough stone kiss (gladly we had the BTS), the…
I also watched it as it is (and thank goodness for soompi forums pals 'cuz that's my go to for all BTS footage XD), but the editing was like that irksome fly that keeps buzzing around you - not quite troublesome but annoying indeed.
I absolutely fell in love with the drama when I saw it's first eps. In fact, I even watched all the ones that were available raw until they got subbed.
Haven't read the novel, but only cuz didn't find it fully translated.
The ed song really is super catchy, love it.
Also, the story itself is rather refreshing. So are the characters.
And the actors did spectaclarly. Like - they're awesome. Especially Shane Yan who plays Qin Zhi Yan because she totally nailed it - when she played Qin Zhi Yan she was indeed innocent/sweet/naive, but when she was playing Lu Zhao Yao aka the posession, she really did feel like Lu Zhao Yao portrayed by Bai Lu - the mannerisms were spot on.
I only feel sad that the editing of the drama was...well...rather horrible and really tried to ruin the drama. Like...wtf...did a kid edit it? I think even kid would do better. And I don't mean just the few cut scenes, also special effects and lighting and so on. Like...whoa...it's like they did their best to ruin the directors & actors efforts when they filmed it all.
Other than that, still love the drama to this day :D
Thanx for the article! So nice to see light being shined on The Legends :D
I accidentally became addicted to checking this page everyday and now I regret it :v
Heh, I don't regret this addiction - it's kinda fun to see us all come together here and be all woeful yet hopeful and to know we're not alone in it all :D
The thing about be more gentle when disinfecting I agree with lol the only time I ever asked that was when I got…
Of course if it really hurts you'd cry, that's just natural. Here in Latvia, if it really hurts/stings when applying disinfectant it's kind of a tradition? habit? smt to blow air with your mouth on the wound as one apllies it. Have no idea if it actually helps medically, so to say, but over time it has sort of set in our minds that that helps, so most people do it...thou mostly when we're kids XD
This gave me a couple laughs, thanks! My favorite is when they go out into the rain and, without fail, become…
Oh yes - a light drizzle? Down with a cold XDXDXDXD lolz, sometimes I get rained on on purpose, especially the warm summer rain, I like being in rain and needless to say - not once got sick XD
I'm no doctor, but I've always found it hilarious, though mostly just sooo stupid and annoying, like - have they no common sense?
Like you said - a headache? or feeling faint? Off to the hospital & IV drip! The smallest barely there scratch? Disinfectant and band aid coming right up! And the "patient" bohooing it hurts, hurts, be gentle!
Like...WTF O.o Are they made of glass or what? Hell, even glass is more durable than them!
Every damn drama has them and while overall I just ignore that stupidity, but I still think in my thoughts how unrealistic and annoying it is. Sigh. I usually skip over those parts XD
It's like they're advertising to use all the medicines and what not to tear apart the immune system to the point that they really WILL have to use all that stuff once they get sick for real, but by then it will no longer be effective at all. Sucks to be them XD I guess that's natural selection XD
A good rest & sleep, fresh air or chamomile tea can cure pretty much everything for me, the rare headache or cold included. Won't even mention scratches. They're nothing. Wipe off the blood (if there even is any) and mere minutes later it's already ok and healing - and guess what? No band aid! Unless it's a big one, but not for those teeeny tiny ones in dramas LOL
lolz, in my 27 years of life I've been in the hospital as patient only once....when I was born XD
Great article! Nice to see someone professional point out all the foolishness. All being said, do like my dramas, even with the annoying bits ;D

2. Plot seems good.
3. Lu Han.
Yup, I'm watching it :D

I got BD & E equally, so that makes me a natural-born romantic, who can be a stoic and unhappy lover, yet also an optimistic lover.
Lolz, an interesting mix, but together, not that far off in a way : D
