Episode 30 is satisfying... Deserv loser zhuang

Didn't expect I will like this so much. I don't usually watch slow burns coz it's tends to get boring but so far, im liking the pacing.. Not to slow or fast for me.

I think the reason why this is not boring for me is that.

1. Both leads are rich (FL is richer) so social status is not getting in their way.

2. The misunderstanding is not a big deal. The misunderstanding is one sided.

3. Their communication gets better. FL actually explain and communicate best.

4. FL and 2ndML story actually contribute to the growth of the FL (others might disagree) FL fell in love with the 2ML during college years and never met ML so her moving on that slow is understandable and believable... They spent college years together.. Even that is torture. FL learned to move on and respect herself....coz it would be so boring if FL is straight up perfect charcater, it will be bland and at least she has some flaws.

5. I don't usually enjoy the power struggles in drama but here I enjoyed it and never skipped it.

6. Tho a lot of us hated charcater like rong and the FL's Dad's Mistress and her daughter.. It was actually entertaining to watch them embrqss their selves coz it's satisfying to watch.

And lastly I love when FL flaunts her wealthy coz u know it's lowkey.

This might be one of the few dramas where FL don't even know ML exist yet ML fell in love and had one sided misunderstanding.

I don't want to be detailed on ML coz I might get bashed lol... I've seen some of his dramas and if I'm being honest.. It's not on par with FL but he did good on some emotional scenes. FL is on different level of acting. Not a fan of both so I think I can be fair about it and this is only based on what I've watched.

Im scared of watching this... a lot of comments mention that it's double standard with FL chasing ML. When it's FL chasing the ML it's annoying but when it's ML changing FL they didn't call it stalker.

If manners are the concern, maybe start by not calling people an ‘ass’ when they haven’t said anything offensive.

You completely misunderstood her. She thought ML is just playing with her. IDK what's your rant if you're not watching it properly. A lot of viewers understood that part only you.

I think this is pretty much confirmed already. A lot of viewers who watched the drama have pointed out in the comments that the FL is actually richer and is the direct heiress.

You could say the Sheng family’s wealth is comparable to the combined wealth of the Nie and Jiang families (the FL’s parents). However, the key difference is inheritance. The ML is unlikely to inherit the company since he has multiple uncles and their families ahead of him, and the Shengs clearly prefer a male heir who carries the Sheng surname.

oh thnx. haven't read the novel version but im enjoying the series so far. There are only few dramas where FL is richer that the ML coz most of the dramas ive watched is Rich ML and Poor FL

Oh.. Either way, I think if he marries the FL, that will elevate his status coz basically FL is double heiress in both side.

Can someone please explain the hierarchy and the 51%–49% co-ownership between the Shengs and the Nies? The ML’s family owns 51%, while the FL’s family owns 49%, but ML isn’t the heir because he isn’t a Sheng—the heir is his uncle. ML’s father also isn’t rich. But the FL’s family only owns 49%, yet she’s the heiress. Someone commented that FL is richer, but how does that make sense when her family only owns 49%? Or did the Nie family just buy that 49% share and also have their own company? It also seems like FL’s mother, the Jiangs, is rich and has her own company.

I finished this drama and you are spreading false info. the ML is the definition of Annoying, Ill-mannered and real idiot. Your comment is misleading everyone who wanted to watch this drama.

Im actually thinking if i should start it now. this might be one of the few dramas where viewers love the FL. im reading the comments section and review and it seems like FL here is likable.

She did great. She's a woman after all, of course men will still overpower her in stamina and strength. She's trained and has the technique but of course u can't expect her to win all the time. In ep 4, she won that if u ask me and in other episode when she fought the other monster, I'd say she did her best and did better than hunters org and even ML.
