The fight scenes were fantastic XuKai his acting his emotions IMO fantastic
From the moment, he put on his military uniform, he transformed into the warrior commander. I don't think I blinked throughout his fight scene.

All I can say is XuKai in the fight scenes his acting and the emotion he shows is so so good. Loved episode 14
I haven't seen Xu Kai in the last year. Watching him in ep 14, I remember why he is one of my favorite actors.

Isn't he, 25-ish? How old were Lanxiang and Jin Qi when they were going to be betrothed in ep 1? I thought he is in his early 20s now. So, to live another 25 years for a military guy, is good for that time period.

He is younger than his brother-in-law, Yuan, who is 32.
