After reading the book and watching the whole series, I have to say I prefer the book over the movie version. That being said, it's a fantastic experience reading the novel after watching the series because you get to "hear" many conversations that were hidden. It would be great if you can enjoy the novel version as well. :)
uhm, unpopular opinion. I used to speculate all the craziest things. She died, he has mental disease, everything is a dream. etc. But now, I really enjoy the boringness of the main leads' relationship right now. I mean, in real life, do you always face twists and makjang situations? Most of us don't. This boringness is extremely realistic to me. It's everything I wish for my relationship. No dramatic ups and downs, no third wheels, no parents objections, no money involved, no grudge no revenge, etc. I don't care if it's slow. I only hope for it to be relatable.
tons of romance. It's about a man who is born with a piece of a wicked gem inside of him. There are those who want to protect the gem in him and those who want to take it away to increase their strength. I find the characters and the development fairly good so far. If you're ok with Li Yi Feng's The Sword's Legend then this is similar.
Did anyone notice that Puzzle piece in episode 10??? What the heck happened with that???? Did the writer missed…
Hari took the real one since there is the umbrella drawn behind. But I choose to believe that SeongJoon did not take it and returned it to "HyeJin" since he wanted her to keep it.
Ok I'm at ep 17 and I realize I don't care about Bai Zi Hua, I want her to be with Jie Jie! looool First time…
The actual ending was he forcefully kissed her and made out with her because of jealousy after seeing her almost kissing Sha Tian Mo's lover's ex-boyfriend (yeah that jerk I forgot his name) (he's the one telling off Bai Zi Hua after she died too). BZH felt guilty after kissing her because of his principles and cried as you can see in the last ep. And then everything goes on as you watched until the very last bit. After she died, her soul got scattered. Sha Tian Mo gathered the pieces of her soul from all over the world. The jerk fairy who had prejudice on HQG until her death sacrificed his "life" to revive her like the movie shows. In 30 years, BZH went crazy and wandered around until HQG's revival as someone with an intelligence of a 3 year old. And they continue their weird relationship.
This sounds a bit better than the movie, but I still cannot stand BZH, no matter how awesomely hot Wallace is.
