Rumoured to airdrop tomorrow (09/06/2026) on CCTV and iQiyi with absolutely NO pre-broadcast promotion.
Yeah , just saw it in iQiyi, had to search. But I no longer have a subscription. I'm fully a kkh person now. Will painfully wait😂. Also, they dropped Southern Anecdotes/ Archives too. Tho it still shows upcoming for me in both kkh and iQiyi. I wonder what's happening.
Overall I liked this drama. Good pace, story and presentation. What i liked more is the ending of characters - not very dramatic. Just appropriate. I almost missed the post credit scenes. But tbh I'd have prefered a more mysterious ending.
Love the fighting sequences. My fav is still ZZ in rain. The lack of visible romance is everything. Makes it much more enjoyable for me. Ost - I don't know the name of but one of them did sound good to me. I need to search peachy's channel now.
Do I recommend ? YES
Fun fact : I have always read it Zhao Zhao Adventures, my bad, didn't notice Zhan ≠ Zhao lol. But I think what i read still sounds appropriate 😂😂 . I loved our Zhao Zhao's character afterall.
They don’t really play lots of OSTs. Only on emotional scenes, which doesn’t appear often. They do play BGM…
I am loving it so far. Good pace and presentation. Action/Fighting sequences are really good ( my fav one would be zz fighting in rain while getting the magistrate) , I like the lack of usual romance so far - I prefer subtle/ more emphasis on companionship so it hits right. But I am not feeling the hate to villains so far, idk if it is supposed to be that way or is it me expecting more evil or if the villains aren't villain enough 😂 . Anyways, I didn't find any bgm that I like ( or the ending theme ). Overall it is balanced so far. I'd rate it 9/10 till ep 16. What are your views on it so far?
Good idea - poor transformation to story imo. I might have liked it better if it was less dragged and shorter. I liked how Yue Qin's character stayed till the end - tbh I didn't wanna see another Situ Ling sksk. Anyways ...

And yes I do watch Wuxia, as long as I like the story ( Or an actor I really like is in it 🤣).
Are you enjoying it so far? Out of 10?
Well, enjoyed it so far but I no longer want to watch. Weird for a ' enjoyed ' one. But yeah !

Unexpectedly I really loved it .
The concept was good but terrible presentation. Finished but didn't really enjoy.
Everything seemed too much. Dragged on with hope, but couldn't match vibe at all.
