Title Pro Bono
The judge Kang has more than one trick up his sleeve, it's obvious he orchestrated everything to force the pro Bono team to launch a lawsuit against him. He wanted to push them to the limit and make them believe he was a despicable character so that a trial would take place and he could reveal the truth about the corruption of high-ranking magistrates and uncover WHO framed him by planting money in his car. making him look like a corrupt prosecutor) and WHY they acted like that!
And in my opinion, he used Jun U too, knowing that Jun U was ready to do anything , even treason to secure his position , even betraying his Pro Bono team. Kang exploited this servility to launch his plan.

As I was saying in a post , I stopped watching "Moon river" after the body swap because it was ...awkward.
Good for you...The ML's acting was forced; he was overplaying the role of a woman, and it was annoying, at least for me.

That's exactly why she was wavering, because she knows he's a good person. All she wanted was for him to be honest,…
Yes! That's what he wants because in this new trial he will reveal the hidden side of the story and the corruption of all those high magistrates.

"De gustibus non est disputandum." I'm glad you liked it. As for me I don't appreciate that kind of humor.

I stopped watching Moon river after the body swap. It was too ... cringe. So I 'm wondering if it will be the same disappointment with this new drama.

loving this drama on so many levels but why the heck are they making her seem like a crazy fan now. it’s so…
The scene you're talking about is just a flashback; it took place in the past when she was a devoted fan. The lawyer's assistant explained that she's changed and even thrown away all the objects related to Raik, leaving only two small stickers she'd forgotten to remove from behind her bed. Now she has evolved. Now she realises how she was THEN.

It seems that Raik still loves his ex-girlfriend, and that she still loves him too, since they're both trying to help each other with this murder case. And I think the heroine will eventually admit that she was just a fan of Raik and that it wasn't real love. I'd like her to finally understand her assistant's feelings for her and love him in return. That poor, devoted boy deserves it!

The news , especially TV news , only creates anxiety, and it only highlights the things that are wrong in this world; it never emphasizes good news, so it gives you a distorted view of reality.

Most of the world is not anti Christ, especially Korean people. I saw lots of K dramas were scenes like that one took place in churches. In fact ( and it was confirmed a a search I made on internet) "The Catholic Church was a driving force in democratization and fall of the military dictatorship. The spectacular success of Catholicism is partly due to the work they did in opposing the military dictatorship and liberalizing the country. The main Catholic church in Seoul was the sanctuary for the left and anti-government demonstrations. Because the Catholic Church really championed the liberal cause, many Koreans still view Catholicism as progressive and liberal, a big contrast with the views in Europe and America."

The crime was premeditated. That night, Ra ik and his friend had both been drugged by someone who wanted to frame Ra Ik for the murder. That's why his friend didn't defend himself at all, why the wound is so precise, and also why Ra Ik remembers nothing . Of course, this means that it was someone who knew the code, ( but we've seen that many people could have discovered it ), and that it was someone who knew the habits of Ra Ik.
