If all goes well, he’s just gonna have to stay low for a while, like Zhang Ming En and Yuan Bing Yuan, and then…
yeah, thankfully at least this came at a time when people are comparatively more conscious about whom to actually blame and that his agency has taken proper actions asap. he's still so young, hopefully we'll see him return soon.
Someone notify me when they properly reconcile(translation: when NZQ finally gets his head outta his ass for good and not just an episode), because I'm not gonna watch daily updates anymore💀
currently halfway through episode 18 and the fact that the writer made NZQ's character so practical and calm makes so much sense now. His lack of emotions/portraying emotions seems to be a crucial part of story because- did you guys notice why Ning Xiang wants to go with his bio mum? Because he thinks that his dad will be able to handle it, because he never shows any extreme emotion or never cries. Now the consequences of NZQ's lack of sensitivity are now very clear, so I feel like they might now start showing his emotional development.
and the fact that he let Ning Xiang go so easily, I'm also frustrated like y'all but I think Ning Xiang's earlier statement plays a vital role in this decision. When he heard Ning Xiang say that his mum needs him, and beg to go with his mum- NZQ probably made his decision at that moment because he was scared of the fact that Ning Xiang could possibly resent him in future if he didn't let him leave. His own childhood might have something to do with it as well, as he still resents his dad for abandoning him. In Ning Xiang's case, it's the fact that his parent wants to take him back that NZQ let him go. I still don't like it tho and I also agree w the fact that it was illogically easy for the bio mum to just take him, no judge would just give the absent parent custody that easily.
Someone needs to clarify what's exactly bizarre about the bizarre ending so I can either start it or drop it, everyone's like "its a bizarre ending but a happy ending"; just spoil it to me💀
their chemistry is very good from the beginning, they have a push and pull type of relationship, the romance is good.
