It will do eventually but, thanks to playing in Cannes and the praise it’s got, it’s been licensed for theatrical release first, even in Western countries. Being in the same kind of genre mix as “Parasite” and having strong approval from Bong himself probably helped a lot, too.

It’s coming to cinemas nationally with English subs in at least the US and UK. I’m sure it will, therefore, have releases in Australia and many Southeast Asian countries, too. If you search the director’s name, the English movie title and the country, that should show if there’s any news about it coming to that country.
Go to a cinema in an English-speaking country when it’s released there or has a preview at a festival. It’s getting released in at least the US and UK. If you search “Jason Yu Sleep” and the name of your country, that should show if there’s any news about it being licensed there.
This also works for other movies that get widely released internationally; just change the director's name and the title of the movie (but it needs to be the official romanisation of the director’s name and official English title of the movie).
It will also, some months later, get home releases in the countries it was released in cinemas. If there’s a disc release, it might be possible to import it (but you’ll need a player and TV compatible with the region and video format).
It’s still playing in cinemas (at least it is in the UK) and will likely be in many more in the run-up to the Academy Awards early next year. I’m sure some people will have it seen in those (it did well on its original release where I am, and it attracted people who wouldn’t normally go to a movie largely in a language other than English).

My (hetero) parents met when my mum was in uni (“college” to Americans), maybe not as young but similarly inexperienced, and my dad was a tax-payer and more than 10 years older – but nothing “extreme”. At least since I’ve been old enough to remember, there have been arguments but no domestic abuse between them, certainly no homicide: I would have noticed that. And they’ve stayed together for far longer than many marriages between people of closer age I’ve known. So, I would appreciate it if other people didn’t slag my parents; that’s my job.
It’s right to think that someone turning 18 doesn’t overnight make it fine for anyone older to date them; there is experience and the potential for power imbalance to consider. But relationships like my parents’ are not in the same league as those between (former) media personalities with a lot of capital invested in their activities when they were 30+ with then-high-schoolers in their mid-teens, which you’ll have already heard more than you wish to know about in the news if the media in your country relish the distraction from politics as much as that where I am.
I ultimately support people’s right to express opinions different from mine, but, if I can be allowed to express mine, I can’t help thinking that, if one has scorn enough to pour on this matter, there are people and the structures that supported them more deserving of it than a fictional relationship between people of comparatively close age, experience and power level.
The movie is out in cinemas starting this weekend in the UK from the British Film Institute. Hopefully, it might go on to get cinema releases in other countries or at least screenings at festivals in them.
I can’t tell where you are as you haven’t mentioned a country or region, but the 4K remaster of the film is currently out in cinemas in the UK. For people who can’t play BDs or don’t care to pay for HD, there have been DVDs with English subtitles released in the USA (so at least region 1), Taiwan (so at least region 3) and Hong Kong (also at least region 3).
Only the Taiwanese discs are currently in print (and they’re the only ones with English subtitles sourced from the 4K remaster so far), but it might still be possible to find the others used.
If one searches for the Chinese title, “消失的她”, on music services, there are two song singles with the movie’s logo in the artwork that come up (and lots of unrelated songs that happen to have the same title). I haven’t seen an album of the full score yet, though.

It might even pique the attention of Netflix, like the first “The Wandering Earth” movie did. It played with English subtitles when it premiered in Venice in September 2022, and it’s played with them at many other festivals since; I know that’s not useful to you if you can’t get to the festivals, but it confirms that English subtitles definitely exist. According to https://queerpalm.org/en/ movies “dealing with LGBT+, feminist characters and topics or challenging gender norms” are eligible for the Queer Palm, so “LGBT” or even longer versions of that acronym don’t essentially cover all those possibilities.
