After episode seven I can confidently say that the most unbelievable and absurd thing about this dorama is not the whole premise or Soyogi's competence as a trainer, but cooking times.
Big chunks of potatoes need to be boiled for at least 15 minutes - ain't no way he could cook them under 20-25 minutes when he had to boil and then fry the meat first, let alone peel and slice everything before boiling.

The general public that have chosen this series as the best on Japanese TV two years in a row would like to have a word with you.

From the preview for the next episode it looked like she first discussed it with her older colleague, and here they came to develop the actual plan of action in detail. It's probably not just a simple consultation.

Why would she go to some competitors when she knows first hand how effective this particular company is with its services and can count that they'll do right by her business and won't try to overcharge her or whatnot? She can probably negotiate some favorable payment scheme or a discount with them too. She left amicably, not because of some falling out - turning to some other agency would look bad on her part instead.
And we don't actually know what kind of businesses her company usually works with. They might do smaller-scale campaigns and work with clients of different size.

No, it's not parts - it's season 1 and 2 of the dorama. But here we're talking about the movie which is a continuation of season 2 and which you won't find online yet.

And? It doesn't have the movie because the video itself hasn't been uploaded anywhere, legal or not.

This fall or even winter, most likely. Unless they sell streaming rights earlier or someone from Vietnam uploads a camrip, we would need to wait for a DVD release to even get the raw video. And they haven't even announced a DVD release date for season 2, let alone the movie which is still showing in Japan's theaters.
