On episode 3 now and I am wondering why the FL still trust him although he already stab her twice and could harm…
Well pretty soon she finds out that she has the his heart protection scale so really she kinda owes him her life and she won't die with the scale..........altho' he could have told her before he stabbed her methinks..........
What is the Riley's role here... i m wandering why he is a shadow spirit testing relationship?
Currently he seems rather psycho - with cute dimples..............better be careful not to get beaten up by YH when she finds out what he did at the arena
I'm planning to watch this, but since this is Xianxia, is there any leak that this will be HE, OE or BE? đ ,…
I would like to say quite likely a HE, cos things work out in the novel, and all of this author's works which have been adapted have a HE - LBFAD, The Legends............so fingers crossed. But then again, you never know the strange workings of cdramaland and can't underestimate their ability to screw with the ending............ You should watch nevertheless, it's really funny and entertaining and the main couple look ab fab.
I have similar questionđ€Ł. I think someone mentioned they were elves?
Actually when I first saw them I thought they might be some kinda fish like Chinese fantasy Nemos, but then looking closer they have those twirly things đ
Yes itâs really funny and enjoyable. Started watching cos am a fan of Zhou Ye, and she really doesnât disappoint.…
Yes, as long as they stick to novel or spirit of the novel I'm assuming it will be fine. But in general, cdramaland is not kind to FLs in costume dramas - I always wonder if that's cos they have to make them conform to some misbegotten idea of Confucian hierarchy. And then sometimes they also sacrifice the FL to make the ML shine more - for eg Rise of Phoenixes, where Chen Kun's character was just given more prominence and Ni Ni's was somewhat dumbed down and pretty different from what she was like in the novel.
Indeed, whatâs with these obsessive women in love who think they are justified in doing anything just cos they…
Yup, surprise surprise. The stereotype crops up everywhere in cdramaland..........Makes Chinese women seem like Fatal Attraction zombies, something which I rather object to, being a Chinese woman myself..............
lol I think I might end up hating su ying more than sui he (ashes of love) and even ye bingchang (tteotm)
Indeed, whatâs with these obsessive women in love who think they are justified in doing anything just cos they belong to ârighteousâ sects. I remember the crazy love-obsessed villainess in The Legends was also the same. Seems to be a theme in this authorâs works. Or perhaps better to say author is presenting exploration of how to love in the right way. For eg compare the snake demonâs devotion to that of obsessed nutter SY.
I just learned that this one got released two days ago. So now I'm so late in joining the fun *cries*. Now I binged…
Wondering about BXS tooâŠâŠ.he may have cute dimples but at the moment heâs a little psycho. Could he be punishing mixed couples cos of own disappointed love affair? Could he be searching for ideal mixed couple? Need more info in upcoming eps
WHY'S NOBODY TALKING ABOUT THIS??? WHY SO UNDERRATED?? 7 episodes in and I'm already obsessed đcan China please…
Yes itâs really funny and enjoyable. Started watching cos am a fan of Zhou Ye, and she really doesnât disappoint. She showed so much promise in her Word of Honor debut, and here she is again playing the plucky, kickass girl and looking prettier than ever. She and Neo Hou look great together. And yes, also great to have characters tell each other things for a change instead of concealing stuff leading to unnecessary misunderstandings yada yada yada. Like this authorâs works - her heroines are strong and smart and funny - reading the translation now and itâs hilarious.
