I really want to see them in a pure wuxia drama that doesn’t collapse cos of crappy storyline - he moves really well cos of his ballet training. And we all know BL is ace as kickass wuxia heroine. I’ve been watching kdrama cos of the dearth of cdrama last year and got caught up in the awesomeness of Alchemy of Souls - I describe it as k-wuxia……but looks like the drought over here is finally over. Yay! I missed these discussions.

IKR! Am totally fangirling him too, so please go ahead 😂. I wish he would do more proper wuxia dramas too. The last one was And the Winner is Love which had such a crappy storyline plus he injured his knee so not enough fighting scenes from him - such a waste cos he's a trained ballet dancer right? Such elegant movements............
What a roller coaster ride. After episode 7, I made myself wait till tonight to watch all the last 3 episodes cos I couldn’t stand watching poor Uk and Naksu/Cho Yeong stumbling around in the dark while the bad guys just became more smugly evil. Thank goodness it paid off and we were all rewarded with the ending we’ve been waiting for since Uk got stabbed in the heart. AOS will definitely go down in history as one of the best dramas ever.
Only 3 more episodes left and she’s still amnesiac! And the bad guys continue to be bad in plain sight without any punishment……..where on earth is the plot going?

Mama Jin won the worst parent ever title of Daeho!!2nd place = Jang Gang, they used to be tied. She beat him now.
Think she has always been more concerned about her status and Jinyowon than her daughters. Even her love for Bu-Yeon - feels like it's just cos BY has great power. Now she just sees Bu-Yeon/Naksu as a vessel to carry on the bloodline.
Excellent first episode! Still miss Mu Deok but so far the story is working. And loved how he just nonchalantly hijacked the whole boat………JU is so dark, but oh so cool.
