I like the dramas you've listed too and am enjoying this drama so far. The FL is able to use her wits to survive and kick ass even though everyone looks down on her for being a weak mortal. The ML starts off like a stiff with a stick up his ass, but there's a backstory behind that and one starts to like him as the drama progresses. There's a second ML who's also quite cute in his own way despite being from the "evil" sect. Hopefully the story continues to develop well and doesn't fizzle out or blow up in the middle or end.

Not fixed. The ones on the MGTV channel on youtube are actually better but they messed up the timing and syncing in a few episodes. Very irritating. The drama is actually quite enjoyable - just that the subs are a mess.
Seldom come across so many subtitling issues - the ones on the app are still the original bad subs, haphazard and incomplete. The ones on youtube are better subs but the timing is all out of sync. Either way really spoiling a good drama. Hope MGTV is picking up on this.
How many episodes did they release? And how many the episodes that the subs make sense?
Looks like up to ep 12 although the latest episodes are VIP only. I'm only on ep 2 and so far the subs are really like subs you get when using google translate. Some of the longer sentences are full of holes and don't quite make sense - for eg the explanation of the birthstone or this sentence "I'm tied up here to torture you" (??)......definitely not up to the standard of iqiyi or viki for eg.
MGTV app has released subbed episodes but the subs are quite terrible. Think they used google auto translate or some such as they are hilariously awful. Hope someone does some quality control soon.

Hi below is what works for me and you only need to do all this if your account is originally registered in a blocked country like the USA. I use ExpressVPN . 1. Set your VPN server location to somewhere in Asia - so far India/Singapore works. Probably other places in Asia too ex Japan. 2. Then using the links that have been posted for the episodes just click on them and log into to your VIP account on iqiyi to watch. You only need VIP to watch the 6 latest episodes - earlier episodes should be free. 3. If you need to get the links for the episodes, you have to clear your cache so your browser doesn't remember your login. Then without logging into your account search for SoG on iqiyi and all the episodes should come up enabling you to get their links and save them for later. Only then do you log into your VIP account to watch the latest episodes.

The 3 that you mentioned are good. But For Married Doctress which I thought would be one of those harmless fun things goes wonky in last few episodes....Sword Dynasty was another notable disappointment.

One would hope so - but with some of the shorter ones that are coming out lately - they're still losing the plot and doing unnecessary massacres of fave characters or drastically changing the tone of the drama in the last episodes...........dunno why it's so hard for them to keep some artistic and plot integrity
