surprisingly enjoyed this one more than the korean remake.. even though the korean one had more romantic scenes

this one has a happy ending unlike the other versions

much more melodramatic.. i preferred the japanese original

miles ahead of the k-version which was annoying with the fl's overacting, draggy episodes, and unlikeable ml.

Not really.. i tend to prefer japanese and taiwanese remakes even of original k dramas.. but most of the time i dont enjoy korean remakes of taiwanese or japanese dramas

Byakuyako (masterpiece original, subpar k remake)
Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi (fantastic original, watered-down k remake)
Boku no Yabai Tsuma (unhinged, darker original, watered-down k remake)
Juhan Shuttai (inspiring and positive original, annoying k remake)
Someday or One day (another fantastic original, bad k remake)
Rich Man Poor woman (heartwarming original, bad k remake)
Mother (much more subtle and distilled original, decent k remake)
Liar Game (both versions are decent though again i prefer japanese original)
Familiar wife (k original but very draggy, japanese remake was much more compact and took out the annoying bits)
Fated to love you (classic taiwanese original, k-remake wasn't as good)
She was Pretty (annoying FL in korean original, miles better japenese remake)
that winter the wind blows (more humane japanese original, melodramatic k remake)

now i need to watch it to know how bad it was that it was good..
