What a splendid show, didn't start with much expectations but it surprised me. Loved it's theme, soundtracks and great performance by the casts. Specially Park Eun Bin, can't imagine anyone else playing her role. Not to mention Lee Ji Ah herself, never expected her to perform this great in a role as complex as this. Can't seem to hate her at all. Not sure if it's scripted but Lee Da Il sure is a man of few words.... It's takes a lot of effort to get him to talk. After episode 12, it seemed like the show was dragged on a bit, but i guess it's ok considering what's ahead. Anyway it's a wonderful show (if you ignore plot holes). The low ratings doesn't justify this show. I would rate this 8/10...
There are so many things left unexplained, i wish this had a second season.
Decent re-watch.. The performance hasn't made that much of an impact. I guess it's ok to watch it once or twice. There are some ridicules moments, where you will loose all your senses and say WTF? Aside all that, It may be a slow burner but does has it's good moments as well. Do check out couple of episodes before coming to a conclusion. This drama is not for everyone. Some may like it other dislike it. I am in the middle.
Such a frustrating drama. It's definitely not my cup of tea. The only thing worth charishing is the relationship between So Ryun and Yoon Hee. Otherwise this drama is just too much of a headache.
[This review is kinda late, but I watch this ongoing]IN MY OPINION~I was disappointed for the ending. I think…
It does look awkward but i think what she (Tae Y) feels for him (Jin Gyeom) is nothing more than motherly love. And it was made clear after she recollects his mother's memories.
If you want ML and FL together then i guess you can call it a good ending. But again i am not sure what to make…
The acting is too good which made me confused for a bit. MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD... READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...
Ans 1 is.... No. I believe it was only motherly love from her side (and same for the ML) since she (Yoon Tae Yi) is the past self of his mother. At first she couldn't figure out how she feels for him, until she starts receiving his mother's memories as she time travelled often in the later episodes. She cares for him like a mother. That's all. And since she's the past self of his mother, i think she should be his blood related mother if DNA test is performed. Well, that's just my overthinking.
Ans. 2 Is same as above, they are together at the end, that's what the writer is trying to make us believe and assume the rest.
I would say it's a decent drama, but for some reason it wasn't boring at all, which is rare for me.
Question. 1. Is this Insest? Question. 2. Is there a good ending for the couple?
Ans. 1 ... No, not sure TBH.. Even I'm trying to find out about it. It's complicated. Ans. 2... I'm not sure if you can call that a good ending. It's hard to explain this drama itself let alone the ending. I will leave the ending in spoiler tag.
Well just finished watching this and i don't know what to make of it. I only watched it for the main leads. The…
I have always wondered about the result, if we're to do paternity test between the two leads (Yoon Tae Yi and ML). I am not sure about you guys but the ending seemed obvious to me since all the important character kept dying. They had to bring them back somehow. They never bothered explaining what happened to his mother in the present after he kills his older self in the past. Shouldn't she be alive and well now? The only reason he became a detective was to find his mom's killer, now she should be alive in present for him to be an architect.
Well just finished watching this and i don't know what to make of it. I only watched it for the main leads. The story does not make much sense. I can't believe how ridicules the plot is... But i kept going and i see why there are hateful comments. Long story short i think it's ok for one time watch. And that's all. Don't try to make any sense of it all. Anyway aside from this plot, the casts really performed well. It wasn't boring at all, at least for me.
After thinking this through for a bit, i think it wasn't that bad. The plot is no doubt not making any sense that's for sure but the mystery about relationship between the leads is what kept me going. I have seen worse dramas but this is not one of them. The fact i was able to sit through this every episode comfortably is what makes this a good drama, which rarely happens, at least for me.
I think the acting of the main leads is what pulled this drama though. I would love to see them together again in future dramas. It's 8.5/10

Wasn't expecting decent ending, but it really delivered a good one not to mention the last scene (The Family Hug) is too touching. 9.5/10. Worth every minute.
It has been a really really long time since i watched any new drama and this was the perfect thing to describe why i love K-drama so much. Calling it "PERFECTION" or "MASTERPIECE" would be an understatement. The story was really captivating since the start and it ended in 16 which wasn't a drag like other dramas. The casting is really good. The main lead's chemistry is a work of art itself, it was spot on work. Especially MCW, Her performance is in a league of her own. Anyway this drama was genuinely worth it.
Just watched it for the 4th time and must say my time is well spent on every minute.. Aside from main leads my…
Everyone has different perspective but I think this drama was good. The reason for the affair is nothing but fictional circumstances.
For example .. Hong Joo somehow appears whenever the main leads get together and misunderstanding begins. I know when the hospital scene happened, they already started to feel something for the other but in Hong Kong, there was nothing between them and it was strictly professional.
For FL, it was amusing to use her money to buy ML's time for "his expertise in business deals", since he got the top score in written test. If 2FL assumes this to be something else then it's her loss. Main leads might not even have met again after restaurant scene if not for Hong Joo's suicide attempt.
And for ML.. it was a do or die situation, and CEO just came up with an offer to save him and his wife. He just wanted to get rid of the situation by any means necessary. At that point, He was even willing to sell himself. That's how much dire the situation was, he just wasn't thinking only of himself but for the livelihood of his wife as well.
But thankfully nothing like he thought had happened. But even if Hong Joo starts trusting again the fictional situation keep forcing main leads to meet and more misunderstanding. Just enjoy this drama and don't think about the rest , that's how I was able to finish it.
Just watched it for the 4th time and must say my time is well spent on every minute.. Aside from main leads my most favorite character is going to be none other than Yoo Se Jin... She's just too lovely in that role. Also I really liked ML's hyung.. also the chairman (FL's father) last but not least Kang Min Woo.. he's too good... It was worth seeing his every scene. Can't really seem to hate his character after all.
No matter how many times i watch this, it still gives me the shivers. Hwang Jung Eum is just too good and perfect for this role, i doubt anyone else could've come even close to what she's achieved in this.
I watched this years back, somehow remembered how horrible it was to watch. Only people with strong hearts can digest this movie. There's a saying "Don't ever judge a book by it's cover" This perfectly applies here. But on the good side, we get to see amazing performance by both leads. Especially FL.
Who ends up being her real son? And why couldn't she tell if his blood is supposed to be special??
Sorry, it's been too long and i forgot about it. But as far as i know, it was the other guy who was living with the MC and grandpa. I don't remember the rest.
I would rate this 8/10...
