Oh my, this one was rough. I love Wang Xuan and he really tried to carry this one but even he couldn't save it. The general storyline itself is fine, Wang Xuan is very handsome and plays his parts well but there are so many other things wrong with this one. No chemistry for starters but the flow and transitions are really quite bad. It's choppy, awkward and often times. They need to give him better dramas and scripts.
Just finished ep 14. It is a good, a gentle and sweet watch. ML & FL make cute eye candy.
I had a hard time with the first several episodes getting into it. I think one of the main reasons being because of the "supposed" ties to Hidden Love. I do think trying to connect it to Hidden Love is unnecessary and also for me personally awkward. First Frost Sangyan is a wonderful but also completely opposite to Hidden Love Sangyan - similarly with Jiaxu, Zhi and his parents. I had to force myself to disassociate and it got better for me.
It was alright - the storyline is simple but sweet, the main issue is that the main couple don't have much chemistry in my opinion. Wang Xuan definitely did his best and the FL actress is also pretty but probably not the best pairing.
Absolutely loving this so far! Just finished ep 13 and am completely invested, I have a feeling it is going to be one of the best dramas I have seen this year.
Just finished, a decent drama - the first 3 episodes I was a bit worried as I was struggling to watch them but definitely got better after ep5. A cute watch, the ML & FL had a very playful relationship more than a romantic one which was different but amusing. There were a couple of plot "potholes" where we would skip directly into the resolution of a conflict without backstory but not too bad. I watched it because of Guo Jianan and his character/story was very sweet.
Just finished ep 8, its not bad so far, not great but decent. I like a few of Gao Zheng's so started it because of him. I do think the FL character is a bit lacking, she seems a bit too foolish and keeps getting in trouble already.
I am watching all of Zheng Hui's after loving The Prince Goes Too Wild. This one wasn't as good in my opinion. ZH is great, he's a really great actor and he carried the drama. I thought the chemistry between him and HYT was really good, but I just didn't really like her character in the drama. The storyline was a little messy too but still a decent watch.
Odd question but I want to watch this but I don't really want to put myself through the bad ending I keep hearing about. Is there a different episode I could stop at that would give a "better ending"?

I did want to let you know that I took a look at the episodes but I think they might have posted a different drama using the "Love Conspiracy" title. Guo Jianan is not the male lead of that series, it does look like an intriguing watch though so thank you, but I think we might still be waiting for Jianan's Love Conspiracy TT
