lol, this is ridiculous. silly fangirls upped the drama :( I'm very disappointed with MDL. They really should dish out a feature to BLOCK ratings before things air.

Thank you ^^ I have so many I want to watch too.. Yeah, it was something else. I liked it just as much as Shawshank Redemption. I think these two go well together, except one deals with hope and friendship and the other more with how humans impact other humans. In any case, both I would rank very highly. I heard that Hanniable was better than Dexter.

;) I hope you enjoy them both. Yeah, that's true. I tend to do the pposite since I only get a coupe of days per month ot two months to do what I want. That's when I devour dramas. I usually end up too satiated. I have now decided to switch to western movies for a while. I watched the Green Mile-finally- the characters were really well portrayed. Especially Michael Duncan. I think I may watch a few more western movies before going bac to dramas.

Ah, I am avoiding A fozen flower because I read spoilers for that one. I don't think it woukd appeal to me. Maybe one day. Right now I think I reached a slump point. No drama seems to be exciting, nor the thoought of watching one appeals to me. I am waiting until Nine more or less finishes- I will wait one more week- maybe Nine will help me out of this. What about you?

Hi Edina, I hope you have a good time off work now. No, I just watched The Green Line, a really good movie I have to say. Michael duncan was such a likeable actor and he did so well in here.

I wish I had that excited feeling again. someho everything seems very empty to me recently and once more I seem to have fallen into a drama slump. It's as if I lost all energy to even decide if something is exciting or not.

I Think Tonbi worked better for me, but Bara no nai Hanaya also has a nice, quiet storyline. Tonbi is very strictly about a father and son. Bara no nay hanaya is about fathers and daughters, there is a love story there. Somehow to me Tonbi was warmer and more tangible, bara no nay hanaya was a to me a bit colder, though warmth would seep in here and there, only to explde more tangibly at the very end, or so I remeber it. I am fond of both of the, but Tonbi maybe a little more becase Uchnio Masaaki was just a bit more endearing as the father, I don't know, felt more connection with Tonbi myself, but this is just a personal feeling all in all. I"ll be curous to know which one worked better for you and have joyful watching sessions :)

I know, you told me it's been very hot and humid recently. I really wouldn't know how to handle that. I am used to and like best mild and mostly stable weather, when it goes from sunny to rain during one day, but even more so if it goes from sunny to rainy and is blaringly hot, then I start to go a little restless, I guess it;s a matter of getting used to.

Thank you so much! I am looking for something to captivate me.This looks interesting, but I will start with the Millenium Actress film first. Today I'm sort of impatient and de-focused and everything (except Yeona and you- you two are claming me down a lot today and it means a lot) seems to irritate me. I think it's because of the weather which is very changeable and capricious- it;s sun one minute, rain the other. Going crazy. :D

Title The King 2 Hearts Spoiler
This drama was just amazing! The first couple of episodes (which you all have to admit were kind of boring) made…
I'm sorry but I disagree that the first episodes were boring. The first episodes very actually very interesting, especially the other soldiers added to the interest- and they all had their five minutes. It was what pulled me in. If not for those first episodes, I wouldn't have liked this series so much, in fact. I loved the soldier teams.

I think it's best if you youself are the judge of it. I"m usually happy to see someone else's vision of a novel I like, it invites for a debate. Films are often someone's vision on what you already hafe a vision of, that;s why when they ffall short of your vision, they tend to be seen as bad, I think. That's why I believe film making is a little tricky when doing adapting. And anyway, what is adapting? It's transferring and it's also interpreting. It's actually pretty harsh to evaluate someone's vision sometimes.

even so both movies and texts are and should be independent enough to be appreciate for their own merits..without bias, I also tend to think that.

i see. well I can only judge what I read and let me tell you, for instance remains of the day is as faithful to the novel as it can be. A brilliant watch nonetheless- Anthony hopkins is superb as English butler.

okay maybe I chose the wrong word. But in reality dark knight does seem more complex, at least superficially, and Christian Bale "charismas" through the whole film. Michael caine in himself is an asset to the film. that doesn't mean to say that I;m not enjoying what I see when I see IM, for instance. And I like the fact I don;t have to know the comics to follow the story. I like variety. films like iron man add variety for me. I still think it all clicks better than fantastic four. That and I guess I sort of like Don cheadly+Robert Downey Jr. i lieke the banter. You know maybe what you see in the trailers will still come in the future...also thank you for explaining that this part of im leads right into av 2. will make more sense, I hope.

Yeona said there was a funny scene where Shi Hoo displayed his looong legs. how can you take that seriously? lol. Well i never read any comics at all (well I read some comics but I don;t remeber them, they weren;t marvel comic, it was something to do with a long haired caveman looking character I thought his name was Thor but I'm not sure) i jist watch it for some brainless fun. it's not bad to look at, though i do wonder how much of it is faithful to the story; everyone seemed to be disappointed wth the antagonist in this one.

Re Failan: I am sorry if I sounded curt but I don;t want to tell you what to see, you hav to see it for yourself and make your own opinion, and then we can discuss it It's not a run of the mill ordinary story just try to keep an open heart to it and don't judge the characters.
