I have such periods too, Edinaa. Especially when I am tired. Then other times I just have enough of one thing and so naturally I move to another. I do watch movies from everywhere else as well. There are times when I"m so busy I don't watch anything but after that whenever I get free time I try to catch up on dramas as much as possible and when I have time- then I have time to marathon episodes one by one. That's how I satisfymy drama hunger until I"m full and then I can go on another break. Konkatsu is a simple little story, very classic japanese drama I would say, but maybe it can offer you a little breather from all the intense dramas out there. What non-asian films are you watching recently?

^^ and I really liked your comments on HD page. I find it interesting that you have eyes of Dawn as your top favourite- I still haven't seen it but I am very curious about a drama that had such incredibly high viewership ratings and moreover sounds like a very intense story.

Ohhh I couldn't agree more when it comes to Jejoogwon. The series has been underappreciated in general and unnoticed, I guess 2010 just wasn;t a good year to release it in maybe, or maybe it's just the fate of some dramas. I really loved the story, the way each elements was handled and well mixed, they certainly didn't waste much in that drama...hwang jung represents one type of hero I really like- "rookie surprises all", and there was much power in PYW's acting.. I'm not even going to start with Seok Ran and her father or Dr Allen and the female physician who later came, her name escaoes me at the moment. The entire OST was brilliant too, and I rarely like entire OSt in dramas. Except for the ending, I sort of felt it was a little misnhadled with the suden time leap. Anyway, it's very nice to meet you and thank you for your friend request. I am always happy to meet people

Title The King's Doctor Spoiler
With this drama, the screenwriter has proved her incompetence once again. You can't fill the episodes with a lot…
very much so, I was honestly wishing Bae Su bin would get the girl in Dong Yi- he was much more of a man for me than the King. oh, I didn't realise it's from the same writer as Jumong! Now that drama has got my full attention, and you just made me look forward to it with great anticipation, but I still have the original hur joon to watch so I"ll start with that first, i haven;t had a chance to get round to it so far.

Oh, sounds interesting. Yes, I do watch movies from other countries, but lately I have been in a mood for asian stuff only. Maybe sometime soon I will feel like watching something else but for now I want to keep enjoying Asian entertainment. I just finished konkatsu- which I found to be a very pleasant japanese drama with fromance between friends and saving neighbourhood. I like such stories, they tend to show bonds between people.

Title Konkatsu!
I liked it, it's a sweet little story. I liked how it all revolved around protecting neighbourhood. I really like such simple stories, simple but offering a sense of bonds between people, it's a warm drama all in all- that's why I like it. Though the main character may be annoying. He grows a little by the end of the drama, however and that growth in itself is somehow endearing. He is lucky to have his dad and brother and also his friends. I had a nice time watching it. It's also the first drama I've seen with Masahiro.

yes, but it's not the best. the writer wastes screen time very often by including too many flashbacks, the characters are nit always properly used, either and in general sometimes she really goes for the banale BUT overall the character is endearing and his interactions with Lee Yo Won are fun. Moreover there is an arc where he goes to china and shows what he;s got- I like that because it's the theme I like: rookie surprises all. The story doesn;t have the same effect as Yi San or jejoongwon, but it;s still fun at times and likeable. it does have quite a lot of medical scenes. On animals AND humans.

yup, abd the drama din't do badly in viewership ratings either. 17% is average, though a far cry from Yi San, but who cares. I liked it: He really did do well, there were moments when the script was terrible but he made the best of it. I think the character was perfect for him, such a loving guy. i was quite suprised at how well he rendered the character, that's why i now have him on my mind too. lol.

lol, cliches aren't bad to start with. I don't think there would be plagiarism accusation - each sentences each of us forms are unique. Unless you really copied something, bit you would know to reference it and givie proper credits. As long as it all comes from you, I don't think anyone shoud be too panicky about this issue, though an accusation like that may be really depressing, I know. Well blogs are a nice start. I sometimes like t write fanfiction myself.

hahah, yes it does :D just when you think you;re satisfied, something else comes along and you're lost to a drama again. yeah, and this one Windy drama has a very recognizeable style, and I like it. I wonder what else 2013 will serve us. Hard to believe but we're nearing mid season now.

Yes, I sort of marathoned it. I will want to return to it sometime, since the main character is so endearing. Although as for Lee Yon Wo..I feel she is better as Deokman, bit I managed to get used to her in this role. However I mostly got to know Cae Sung Wo and I;m happy because he;s actually a very good actor. Wonder why this is only his first drama in his career, have to do research. And right now I don't know what I"m watching yet, side from that winter the wind blows. But I want to wait until it finishes airing, in the meantime I'm not sure. I want to rewatch some parts of horse doctor and yi san and maybe do some blogging on these two. I hope your workday was pleasant and that you will have a good rest.
