Mawang pulled me in and from there I watched MARs- which was ok but not spectacular and Ice world- interesting, Yukata and the actress had lovely chemistry but not quite as powerful (for me) as Mawang. I think you could try watching Queen's Classroom, if you haven;t yet. It's an interesting and quite clever school drama, which makes some very interesting points. So it turns oiut I am in a jdrama phase, but I am also back in England now and will be getting intense again on my front too. I think I will finally watch LIAR game next, since it was one of Nina's recommendations too.

No worries, I understand and plus you're liklely to be abut busy with more articles for us? ;-) Yes, I really love your episode reviews lol. Honesty I love too! :-) And I respect your opinion a lot you know that, right? :) I thought you may not like it, because it does play on some very typical stuff. I liked it but it was more of an indulgence as I do consider it a chick flick. It's just one of those chick flicks that you either take or leave, I think. IThough not all of the guys are jerks, but I know the females can get on your nerves. It;s a chick flick about F40 instead of F4 this time lol. I, in turn dared write overrated on the page of you;re beautiful and I met with some harsh retailation lol but I got reinforcements there., as it did put me down a little because someone used a REVIEW to retaliate, and that is pretty sad. In the meantime I am exploring Nina;s Dramaland because

lol. I just can;t believe twilight zone is so popular among movie watchers...Iok I can see how a vampire love story would be exciting for some, but least they could do is have a proper story ith proper actors, and just wannabe actors. I hear vamp prosecutor is pretty good, though but for now my teeth can't sink into its meaty wonderfulness . I guess I am in a jdrama phase for now. Have you watched Galileo?

poelca legal high do smiechow, swietna jdrama. Ale to moze jak sie zmeczysz kdramami i sterotypami w dramach. Daj znac jak Ci sie spodoba I do, I do. taaa, podobalo mij sie to baardzo wtedy haha. Wystarczy naprostszy program typu movie maker. Wrzucasz plik o programu, wybierasz ujecia, wyrzucasz reszte. Movie maker jest chyba najprostszy do tego i dobry dla poczatkujacych. jak Ci idzie koreanski?

nope, Painter of the Wind is based on a novel, but perhaps the writer of the novel was isnpired by historical accounts, don't let it stress you out too much lol.
Buzzer beat was okay, as a romcom. Yamapi and Keiko had nice chemistry but I don't think it's my favourite japanese romcom ever, still it was a pleasant watch for a rainy afternoon. I finally saw the man behind DC video intro stills lol.
Oooku actually had a movie in 2010 and i's based on a manga- I am looking forward to it inasmuch as it will be starring Sakai Masato and the man is brilliant in Legal high. Well some of these may be worthwile, I am actually curious about Ji Hoo's return to drama land. Horse Doctor and the Great King's Dream and the Great Seer sound like interesting saeguks this season, I am looking forward to King's Dream especially, I;ve been interested in Kin Yusin since I watched QSD and I think more perspectives on this general will be very interesting.

lol. I see what you mean. But this series is based on a fictional novel by Jung-myeong Kee. rather than true accounts :-)

At the end of the day he ends up as a hero, who does not make the same mistake twice. As an adult, given the same situation, he makes a different choice. The past definitely makes you- how else would we progress if not basing on the mistakes we made in the past. What I also really liked was the final recognition on the part of the poor lawyer, it was in his eyes before they both fell into eternal sleep like two brothers they would have been in other circumstances. That's why I was feeling it so strongly when the past was being recreated and reconstructed with its full force of irony and depth, because the story being recreated was that of a victim from a different vantage point.

LOL I think a little discussing may be good for enlivening this page a little. The drama is definitely one of the top underdogs of all time. Well I find difference to be interesting and enrichening :) Yes: since a hero to one will be the enemy to another -that's why I find interesting saeguks which portray historical figures such as generals in both these dimensions. Historical accounts are just as subjective, relative and opinionated, there is never one version of history, the conqueroros and the conquered each tell a different story.
In this sense, it is the laywer who is more interesting, since he was shown in all this depth, being both the conqueror and a victim. UTW is different, since his tale is more of about redemption and regrets and learning more straightforwardly from it.

lol. I am yet to watch Yi san but I"m almost afraid to start ;-) I had my definite love for UTW;s character but KNG is an excellent, captivating actor. I also thought that UTW will be fine no matter what because he was just this tower of strength, no matter what was going on inside. I really respected him and it;s also an interesting way of portraying him- since for others he would be this terrible, life taking general and an enemy, but for the silla and for this one in particular he was a respectable hero. I pitied Bidam a lot, such a tragic figure.

aww. <3 Well I have to watch Yi San now it seems :D I just don't get one thing- why are you saying he's in love with two girls? Painter of the Wind the love is between a teacher and a student an I doubt it's the same person.
Hahaha, I go around the world saying "aigoo" instead followed by a heavy sigh - as a reaction to just about veverything LOL Well written Rita, very refreshing aticle.
