I am going forward to doing PhD and I have been asked to do teaching this semester myself already, including marking essays- that was stressful because I know how important every single point is. That's why I have been busy for the last month and I will be a lot more busy with the project I am writing from now on that's why I'll probably be around less often, though July and August. and December holidays are probably when I'll be around more. Your Dramadzilla seems to be not growing or shrinking much eiter, are you watching any of the current trendy dramas?

I can understand that how you feel I really do- I have days like that too, days when I just want to stay at home and be my little self, days when I wish I was 15 again. My parents never pushed me towards getting a job- but I wanted to because I wanted to get more independent. However, being independent means precisely that you have to get a grip and do a job or another and do it well and it also means you have less time fior just yourself, as you also have to take care of yourself because no one else will. There are only moments or weekends when you can be your little self again, watching dramas and squaling with delight at little things. And believe me those moments pass away too quickly. Do you have some family in the capital? I think if it is so very far away, commuting every day wouldn't really be an option. Or you could look for some onlie job, editing, writing reviews?

lol of course i did. i was eating while watching too and since i had food ready it only took a few moments to make me some dinner. As for sleep i was so tired on wednsday i dropped dead on my bed, the next day i was so rested that i did spend the entire 24 hours just watching with a thre hour nap in between and then for the next two days i had a normal restful 10 hour sleep, only I spend the entiure saturday finishing the drama- meaning some good 16 hours. Lee Boom soo has a charimastic appeal and i donlt care much for handsome - I like likeable actors like Fred astaire- he wasnt handsome and yet he had a certain charm) and I find LBS face very masculine so to me he is quite handsome I suppose. And he's talented.

that;s 6 exams but the first two shouldn;t be so bad. the other 4 sound worse...will keep my fingers crossed!! Well you may find something that you like, Maybe some internships that may help ypu in the future- good luck! I was going to watch that, since i found the prince and pauper theme catchy. Let me know how you like it. i am now going to watch some shorter dramas, i am very very interested in watching those new trendy dramas like rooftop and king2hearts but i am wating until they finish. I think i will watch either crazy for you or time between dog and wolf or korean peninsula now.

too bad, Salaryman was an instant hit- and it was a winning team of the same writers and actors.The drama was very popular and got pretty high ratings in korea - I am glafd!! - i hope they will get some awards for it ater in the year because as it finished in march it was probably too late for any of the earlier award ceremonies. And so far I really think it;s the best of 2012, though it will likely be beaten in popularity by rooftop prince or king2hearts. Sigh. But i hope they will get their awards.

Yes, you did, no Dong Yi for me is a pretty weak drama all in all. Giant is a very strong offering. I really liked episodes 16-19 as they were one of the first most emotional ones and all three a crying fest. Then the middle arc of when Gangmo is going against Manbo Constructions which are led by the woman he dioesnlt want to really go against and whichc reates a rift between them- man that was incredible, how they coukd just turn - because if misunderstanding - like this. I am very glad things worked out for them in the end, otherwise I would have beeb mad, thiugh I dio feel very sorry for Sangmo after all hes been through aww. But nonetheless that gave the story a very saisfying ending, nt just simple happy one but mature and bittersweet. Very fitting with the mood of the drama. Though I still think Minwoo could have just committed suicide and Sangmo could have lived.

three days more or less- I wasn't doing anything else just watching three whole days, the first eps uo until ep 25 I devoured without much break either, it pulled me in so much and the child actor for GangMo was so great it almost felt like little Li Bum Soo, he was very well matched, it wass fantastic to see. And now I want more Lee Bum Soo, i hear he's been added to the korean version of JIN. He did have some moments of overacting in Giant- especially in the she-got-abducted- fragment but this is what the script demanded. Otherwise he is so very compelling. Glasses suit him haha.

Sounds very interesting but its a daily drama with 156 episodes...well maybe one day i'll start watching this.

Haha, I would eventually come back one way or another I can't stay away for too long :d (I'd miss everyone here too) and a month is more or less the average time for which I may disappear. I was so busy this past month I hardly had time to blink. Are you having this many exams this session too? I am also going to have a long time away again soon- I have two conferences to attend and need to prepare and I need to push on with my work towards PhD.

lol, Mirichan. the epic long dramas have a tendency to pull you in ;-) You probably wont even notice when 80 episodes pass. I watched giant over two and a half days as part of my relaxation and I hardly noticed when I finished one episode and started the next one :)

I watched it last week. It is interesting and quite refereshing and times gosh darn cute. love the cast and I dare say the characters are well written and curious individuals. Humour, some romance and some crime myster and some hurt-comfort too. Definitely one drama to return to.

what, the three kingdoms you mean? it is something of a classic, an epic, long drama and there were also some movies I believe.
