I’m only on the first few episodes, but I’m reading the comments and became a bit bothered/worried by a couple of things. I don’t mind spoilers, so hope you can help me out here. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest), how hateful is the reporter going to be, and how creepy the serial killer is? Also, is the brother in love with Nak Won? I believe they are not real siblings, but I don’t really want there to be a love triangle.

I changed my mind, I’m going to rate this a 10. I felt that not giving it a 10 wouldn’t bring justice to how excellent the acting (especially Ji Sung’s) and the plot twists are and how this drama made me feel. Like seriously, this is sooo good, and I never liked melodramas and I hate watching dramas/movies that make me cry, but all my tears for this drama are worth it. I’m a mess right now and I’m really going to miss all of Cha Do Hyun’s personalities, I couldn’t believe this is over. OMG I’m just blabbin like an idiot here. I have finished this a few hours ago and still couldn’t move on, and I have no one to talk to to share my feelings for this drama with, so...

This drama deserves a 10! But I had to deduct .5 from the rating because of Hwang Jung Eum’s facial expressions and incredibly loud voice. I had to lower the volume several times because when she screams, it’s so deafening,. And while I admit she can really act (she and Ji Sung made me cry buckets of tears), there are times that I felt she was overacting, and that’s kinda cringey and annoys the hell out of me. But this drama was so outstanding that I’m torn if I’m going to ignore that and change my rating back to 10.

I totally loved your comment/mini-review! I felt the same way. I actually went through with this, and then stopped at ep 13 (but will probably go back to watching this again just to know the ending). What I realized after a few episodes of watching this drama, is that I should not take it seriously and never compare it to other dramas, so that I can somewhat enjoy it. The plot is sometimes stupid and too predictable, and I agree that they often treat their audiences as someone without brain. The leads have chemistry and they actually made me smile at their cheesiness at times, but not they’re not as “shippable” as I thought they would be based on others’ comments. All in all, it was an OK drama so far.

Me too, I had to stop watching this drama several times. After a few months, I went back to watching this again because it would be unfair to Ji Sung (whose acting was beyond amazing) if I don’t finish this wonderful drama.

I have to agree. I tolerated her acting in Suspicious Partner too because of Ji Chang Wook, and I keep having to put off watching Shopping King Louie because I don’t want to see such (sorry to say this) terrible acting again.

I agree with the latter, it makes a lot more sense than giving it a 1 just to “balance it out”.

I don’t know. I’m not the user who gave it a 10, so I can’t answer that. But why do YOU look so sure that you’ll give it a 1 once it airs? You don’t even know at this point if it’s deserving of a 1 or a10.

I heard Haha’s making an appearance as Song Ji Hyo’s ex-boyfriend! Lol another reason to watch this drama :)

Yes, I prefer her too. She seems a good friend but not an attention grabber. I had enough of attention-grabbing people (yes, I’m talking about you, Soo Ah!)

Hey, shaty! I posted this for a while now, thanks for still replying! Yes, My Mister is also in my plan to watch list. I heard good things about that drama and the rating was really high. But I’m a bit hesitant that it’s going to be too heavy and depressing for me?

I loved this series to bits, but I’m “tiny bit” annoyed with Mi Rae’s best friend. She’s nice and all, but she seems to be pretty nosy to me... maybe it was just me. And maybe it’s because she’s not in the webtoon, so I was not used to seeing another character get more screen time beside Mi Rae and the other original characters.

I really wanted to watch this, but it seems that this is not going to be a light-hearted drama as I thought, based on the comments, so I was put off a bit. Is the plot too stressful and heart-wrenching to watch? If so, I might have to skip this one. :(

Okay, it gets better by ep 11. And there’s romance, finally! ^^
