Hi guys, I commented before but if you like the series and want to see them grow old the manga for it is https://mangaowl.net/single/37096/life-senjou-no-bokura…
It's fascinating that all the shows mentioned in both the article and the comments are shows I've actively avoided…
I agree with you about avoiding the shows that were mentioned in the article. I have no desire to see any of them (except for legend of the deep blue Sea. That one was a good one.) However, the basic Show hole rule applies no matter what kind of genre dramas you like.
What I have found helpful after a super good drama and being in the hole… It’s like you said, switch countries, and maybe even a show that’s on your list but has a lot of episodes and maybe you know it’s not gonna interest you too much. But what it does is give you a nice filler and you’re not committed to it, so if another good show does pop up you can easily leave it for the new show. I will sometimes do this with multiple shows as fillers at once. And before I know it usually a good show will pop up and I’m outta the show hole! This is how I ended up watching Lakorns for the first time. I was in a show hole and Korea, China, and Taiwan had nothing to get me out of it. I had read a review on MDL for a Lakorn and ended up giving it a try. And it ended up being the best Lakorn I have seen to date!
I am so glad that Go Go Squid got a mention. When that show was on I was playing the theme song and the interlude…
I was a fan of Dimash before that show. I was happily surprised when I heard him singing during an episode and realized he was on the soundtrack! His voice is amazing.
Some of mine: 1. Couldn’t Leave - Dimash, “Go Go Squid” 2. As We Are - Three Laws, “Lion Pride” 3. Bye Autumn - Saltnpaper, “Jealousy Incarnate” 4. Hero - Family of the Year, “It’s Ok It’s Love” 5. Same - Song Ji Eun and Roiii, “My Secret Romance” 6. Secret, Sunggi Yoon, “My Secret Hotel”
Perth is half Thai half Australian. But he does also speak Japanese.
So the more accurate thing would be to say he’s half Caucasian and half Asian, and he has parents that are from Thailand and Australia. Thanks for the answer =}

I just think it’s funny when people say someone is half American and half whatever other country it might be. That just means that is the country they’re a citizen of or they live in. That doesn’t mean their race. America and Australia are not homogenous and have many different races and cultures.
Yeah....its not cheap. I don’t mind supporting translations like this because then I feel like it will encourage more authors and publishers to translate their books
I have mixed feelings on it. The app is free, so you’re not really losing anything downloading it. However, you still have to pay for any books from the app. For My Ride it cost eight US$8.99. But it lets you pay through your Apple account. I also don’t like that there is are only a few English translated boys love books available. I have only bought three so far :(
