Do we know for sure that Asimov's Laws are in state here? Just wondering how that would work out, considering…
The possibilities are certainly endless. In the realm of science fiction and drama in general, the laws work just fine (including the later zeroth law which gives the ultimate protection). I did a quick test re Are You Human Too and I came up with a thumbs up. Not that it really matters.

In the real world, those who challenge Asimov say it’s a matter of ethics not in terms of the AI, but those who create or program said machine. So, the laws are defunct (and by all accounts almost impossible to program in any case).

Our hero is being given the freedom to choose - even though he is being guided at the moment, albeit because he is considered to be on the right side of things (the “setting”), which may or may not create a conflict for our hero in due course when he, in turn, wants to change those around him!

I believe it will be revealed how he was killed .. or whatever is related to his disappearance probably caused…
I’m sure that will be the case.
On Are You Human? Jun 6, 2018
The first four episodes (or two, depending on where you watch it) covered a lot of territory and ticked a lot of boxes for me. The robotic technology is quite good - some of it impressive. The CGI is right up there and the set design overall is very good. And Asimov’s laws of robotics are in full swing. For this story to work these things need to be believable.

The Mum is wonderful, the Chairman is not yet in full swing (but we know how good Park Young Kyoo is in playing such a role), Seo Jong Gil is shaping up, Kang So Bong is a good mixture of fiestiness and vulnerability and our hero really made a grand enterance in episode four.

What remains to be seen is how the writers treat the growth and change regarding our robotic hero as well as his relationships. The story’s pace is good, I’m sure the romance elements will develop and strengthen, but I would like to see the bad guys step up a bit more. Then there is the mystery surrounding the Dad...

I think there is more going on re what happened with the uncle. It may not all be as it seems.
It seemed to me that the uncle has, or had a plan in place regarding his demise. So, it may not be the last we “see” (or hear of him). I just couldn’t see such a savvy or street wise character walking into a trap.

Overall, a very nice Lakorn even when it went a bit crazy (typical) later in the series. I found myself glued to this show and somehow made it through the initial episodes where Win was not just a jerk, but obnoxious as well. For me, I think the balance provided by Pud’s character is what evened things out (as intended by the writers I guess).

The second lead lovelines were really good and I think Rob and Chor were a great combination. I also thought the other supporting characters did a good job and a special mention for Pud’s Aunty - she was very funny and well played by the actress concerned.

As for the villains, they were well done. There was nothing all that mysterious here, but they were a good bunch of “nasty pasties”. There was plenty of scheming and some were not as bright as they thought they were.

“Love is like a piggy bank”.

Title Sketch
I think the producers were brave in their choice of story with Sketch. However, after enjoying the first episode and finding episode two intriguing until the last part, I tried to watch episode three a number of times, but failed. The premise for this show is very good, it suddenly went off the boil for me. So, it’s the end of the line for me and I will be saying goodbye.

This is one of those nice movies that brings together the quirkiness in life and makes it normal. Our lead pair were great and it was nice to see their other talents as well. In fact the cast overall were very good. I liked the music and the songs were fab. Take the time to have a look.

WOW he be crazy!.. Gosh.. this drama really was something else! I'm really gonna miss the anticipation I had for…
I just spotted that they are going to do a behind the scenes special as well.

1006 is certainly the pick of The Tdramas of late. Iron Ladies was very good, then hit a hole towards the end. Lions Pride was also quite good, but also fell away towards the end. My favourite over the the last couple of years (apart from 1006 is V-Focus -65 episodes, but quite good).

I think there is more going on re what happened with the uncle. It may not all be as it seems.

At half way through - wow and more wow. There is going to be even better twists from here on in! Just for the record - the romance is very, very special! What a brilliant combination.
On Marry Me Now? Jun 3, 2018
I have just finished episode 24, so nearly at the halfway mark. Well, this show gets better and better. Although there are long running storylines weaved throughout the series, the issues that pop up along the way get sorted quickly. Everyone is continuing to do a great job regarding their roles and Kyung Soo’s Mum comes into her in this episode and “steals” a couple of scenes!
On Teacher's Diary Jun 3, 2018
Take the time to watch this movie. It’s a heartwarming, funny, and gentle movie that is about love, understanding and caring for all the right reasons. It’s beautifully made and more enjoyable than many other movies that have used a similar plot device.
On The Undateables Jun 3, 2018
Episodes 5 - 8 are just really lovely. The tackling of the undateables list has added a whole new dimension to this show and is allowing our main pair to forge a really nice and interactive relationship. I can see this show getting better and better.

It had potential - a good start, funny at times and then I’m not sure what happened. Too forced, I think.
On I'm a Mother, Too May 29, 2018
The first two episodes were interesting. This will be a good drama if they can keep it factual regarding the surrogacy process and steer away from the normal scheming and family angst (although some of this has crept in), and focussing instead on the importance of relationships.

Title About Time
I like this drama, I like both lead actors. Lee Sang Yoon is a different sort of actor. I loved him in "Whispers".…
Re Lee Sung Kyung - have a look at Weightlifting Fairy Kim Book Joo. It was an amazing performance in a fabulous show ( she also took out an award for this show and rightly so).
