Ikr, and even if I hadn't read the novel I would still find him suspicious. Why kill those who were about to talk, and expose major secrets that are linked to the main family and Porsche? Because he has a hidden agenda. He may fool others, but those who can read the signs or see the details like we do, can tell there's more than meets the eye when it comes to him. He is the true antagonist there, pulling the strings, they are just all mostly oblivious to see it. I wonder if they are going to explore that in the 2nd season 🤔

FINALLY xD someone pointed the obvious uffs, you're so right. They've shown many bodyguards in the first episodes and then here in this episode I believe Erika replaced some of them 😂😂😂 She had more guts than most out there. What a tragic loss. But well, I guess the Minor family has many people under their wing because they give home and job to thugs and people who wouldn't find jobs anywhere else so they owe their devotion to the minor family for that. While the main family hires bodyguards, and apparently on looks and skills. Can't blame Kinn for having eye candy men guarding him 😏 but now that he has Porsche I guess the selection went downhill. They have more losses in that department than new hires 🤣 so maybe, the next big step if there is a 2nd season, is that Kinn will need to hire more men. Tankhun can do the trials for hire, now that would be awesome to see.
Theory time: xD okay for those who read the novel and those who didn't, it's okay. There's a character that according to Pete resembles Porsche's mom. She is called Pim and is linked to the minor family. 🤔 But given the MAJOR changes in the plot in the drama. I am guessing they might have to find an explanation for Venice or maybe they will cut him out of the plot. Since ,here he doesn't exist. 😐 (Wouldn't be surprising with the cuts they've done on VP and how they changed in a way KC.) So, what if this is part of Korn's plans all along, he hired or has something against Pim and she is making her role there by passing by Porsche's mom when in reality she is just a "doppelganger". The real Nampheung died years ago. Korn is a liar. He makes deception into a art of his own. I mean how come she hasn't aged a bit? No expression wrinkles there, as if time stopped for her all these years ago (now in the novel... it's cringe what happens instead of this scenario) also the look in her eyes when they visited her it's not of someone who doesn't recall. If she was locked in there for her safety and only Korn and perhaps Chan knew of her existence there, then she in a weak state of mind and not having memories would fear other people, or perceive other's as strangers. She has a small reaction to that, and on the last frame she seems partially annoyed as if faking it. Maybe she and Korn's words (which resemble what he said in the novel,) may be the bridge and connection to a possible 2nd season. Also, Korn offs anyone who tries to expose him. Arthee and Kan suffered the same fate. How uncanny, right? Both were shot right when they were about to spill the beans, and in Kan's case he had his brain spilled 😅 but he had a point. Their father was bad, and made them rivals. Korn is the one that has the same mindset, and he plays how he wants no matter how much time it takes. He is both cunning and strategic, and a planner no less. His sons are delusional because they were raised believing him. Kinn has a soft heart, but Korn wants the strongest one to lead... he never wanted the families to unite, but he wants power to control all.

In the novel there's Kan's girlfriend the one who will give birth to Venice. Pete remarked once she looked like Porsche's mom..... What if the deviation here is that? The differences are weird 🤔 Then how about Vegie... I mean Venice? Guess they will cut him out of the plot... well wouldn't surprise me since they've cut down quite a notch on VegasPete arch 😐
