I do like this drama but personally I didn’t think the actress was a good choice for the FL. I really like the ML though.

I love him…. Love his role in Amidst and Kunning.

Omg I love Bai Jing Ting in everything, but…..Zhang Ruo Nan??? She’s gonna ruin it. She can’t act, but he can so I guess he’ll be carrying this whole series.

Thank goodness Ju Jingyi didn’t get casted for this. She would have ruined the character. Wang Ying Li is the perfect choice for the FL character.

She’s just being petty. She liked him when they were younger that’s why she’s still holding the grudge. He didn’t even know she existed.

They make a lot more money in movies. Filming is way shorter, imagine filming for a 2-3 hours movies vs 30 episodes. Movies can get them more exposures, plus way more brand deals. Also sets their career up as a more “serious” actor. Usually Chinese actors will want do a mix unless they’re already super famous. Not all actors can get into movies, it’s usually more selective.
