Manifesting another drama with Cheng Yi and Crystal as their chemistry was soooo good! Honestly its been hard to find another drama like this...the plot was interesting, the leads had chemistry and the OST was extremely amazing and fit each scene. I recently watched Goodbye My Princess as well and enjoyed it but cant find another drama to pick up. Anyone have an recommendations? Something similar to this? Or something underratedly good? Ive watched Ashes of Love and Ten Miles as well

AHHHHHH as the episodes are going im falling for the 3rd guy! and shipping them so much...this always happens then i get disappointed even though i know that the ship wont happen...but they always make the guy sweet and have sincere love towards the girl (sigh) cant there be even a tiny plot twist where they end up together :(

Hahahaha friend i think you and i have different opinions about the 2ML....i didnt like him but i understood him...he lived with his regret until the last minute...there is a part in the drama where he is standing alone and comes to realize that sometimes you do only have one chance...i know it sounds stupid but i feel like he had the same mentality that the ML had...do whatever you need to do now and then fix things later....except sometimes there is no later and whats done is done...too late to turn back or fix things. Sounds like excuses but he drank because he felt empty...to me he was essentially an alcoholic...i understood him alot....i dont like him nor do i make excuses for him friend but i do understand his point....he felt like he had no life...he wanted to die....the only reason he held on was because he wanted to take xiaofeng out of the palace first. Anyway there was no way he was going to move on....he was unhealthy obsessed with trying to make it up to her....so he drank and did nothing everyday...as for the brothel...i dont think he was with other people...see he just stayed there and you might say why there specifically there is tons of other places but heres the thing misery like company...he stayed because of the tea house owner...i think he genuinely saw her as a friend and possibly the only person who understood him and cared for him and didnt judge him because she knew nothing of his past.
As for the ML i felt so sorry for him also...he had no intention of being the crown prince but because of other corrupt people who killed his brother they put him on revenge path...its all because of those bad people! He also had knew that because of the years he spent not interested in politics he would need to do something big to gain merits....in his mind he believes that xiaofeng's grandfather killed his brother (thats not true it was his other brother that actually killed him) so in his mind it was easy...kill the grandfather for revenge and also gain political merit to help rid the court of the corrupt officials. I also understood why he did what he did....also looking at the times it was normal for kings to kill families then marry a woman from it....

Suicide is not an option....but friend i think we should look at the time period....she is a woman...woman in that time did not have power...her brother was not going to stop the war for her and as long as her brother wanted to fight the ML would retaliate...there was literally no way to stop that war...killing herself was a last option....she saw that she could do nothing....her brother was too full of anger to listen....the country also stood behind him as they wanted to fight for justice and the humiliation they faced at the hands of the ML's father....i also in the beginning felt that she shouldnt of killed herself...but after thinking about it there was no other option.

Is 4 episodes that are 5 mintues each...try searching for it on youtube...its a modern drama where they have both reincarnated and are happy....it may ease some of your heartache
So the emperor is crazy lol and the shifu is selfish or well too selfless depending on how you want to put it....so i struggled with fully enjoying both their characters...now bam! the drama gave us a 3rd option....that 14th prince / perfume guy....omg im so horrible with names sorry everyone.... anyway i really like him and ship him now with her even though we all know that its never going to happen (sad face)...i remember him in the starting when he first saw her i thought awww hes so cute but then as time went on and we didnt see him again i just thought wow maybe the scene was just to emphasis her beauty and hes character isnt part of the plot really....so glad to see him again! (Sigh) why dont writers ever surprise us and let the girl end up with a 3rd option...especially since the 1ML has no intention to love her back openly....and the 2ML is crazy and loves his death wife's sister lol...
