Even though I was disappointed, I’m so happy to see ji hoon back. If we get a season 3 then that would be so damn epic

1. I have no idea, season 1 was not like this and it’s one of the biggest issues. The fighting and power scaling are terrible

2. You do see them but they play a huge background. Just kinda gotta accept it

3. Donald was NOT suppose to lose. In the webtoon he’s unbeatable and he dies by truck on screen but idk what they’re doing in the show. He might not even be dead

Gonna rewatch season 1 and 2 back to back to try and get a better appreciation for season 2. Im sick of being negative

Only watch things I enjoy and if something does a poor adaption I won’t enjoy it simple really. Even getting over the fact they had to skip most of the story and characters it’s still a downgrade all around. Season 1 was so good that season 2 is held to a high standard especially with the actual story happening this time

I think people are mostly (like myself) replying to others who post stuff like “wow why are people whining it’s sooo good!” Or “ wow seaosn 2 is so much better 10/10” implying anyone who disagrees is wrong etc lol it’s like they’re baffled that others could have an actual different opinion. It’s fine if you think it’s good I have no problem with that, people just gotta not pretend like their opinion is fact

Proof that the writers agreed? They kinda have to do what they can regardless. Should’ve did an original story instead of butchering the source. It’s just extremely generic and kinda mid. If it wasn’t weak hero it’d be a 7/10 but since weak hero is so good it’s held to a higher standard I gotta give it a 5 or 6

If I look at it from the eyes of just a live action fan it doesn’t seem as bad but it still comes off way more generic and not as hype or raw and emotional as season 1

It’s impossible to adapt a250 chapter story into 8 episodes is the point. They should’nt of tried at all and did an original story like season 1 because it does such a disservice to the story and characters when you cut 75% of all development and scenes and characters

They didn’t actually lol they changed 99% of it and not for the better. If you’re going to rush and skip 75% of the story and characters then just make an original story don’t butcher the source ya know? The characters are shells of their actual self and 0 development. The show feels so generic and lifeless, even the fights are worse
