I had 0 expectations for that show meanwhile weak hero I had the highest expectations as possibly imaginable. So I rate that harsher, if I wasn’t such a fan of season 1 and the webtoon I’d maybe give it a 6 or 7. It was really lackluster across the board

Yes but the show is more grounded. He would’ve broke his nose or possibly killed him with those punches

Donald was getting straight punched in the face and head by full force brass knuckles and took no damage 💀 in season 1 a book did more damage, so silly

I meant mostly about su-ho waking up and actually getting a scene but yeah the ending was lackluster. The Big gang fight was a bunch of slow mo and wild haymakers being constantly thrown. I’m actually shocked people think season 2 had better fights

As a huge season 1 fan and new webtoon fan I cannot rate this more than a 5 or 6 outta 10. Just disappointing all around. Shame because I like the acting and sound track but the fighting is worse, the pacing is worse, the brutally intense and dark and menacing feeling is gone. We didn’t get much depth or development in the new characters it just feels like a generic and not thought out adaptation

At least the end is what everyone wanted. If they do make a season 3 maybe that’ll actually be good since they can write their own story with no issues having to adapt 250 chapters in 8 eps

To me it felt more generic, not as deep or harrowing. Idk season 1 was BRUTAL and depressing. This season felt more light

Season 1 fights were SO much better. I think people are mistaking higher budget and quick camera movements for better choreo and direction

to make head canons like that and force ships

The characters are butchered it’s crazy the direction they went with. Fights feel very generic now and no sense of strength ranks

The fights seem less brutal and tactical and a lot more… generic. Ofc it’s got the Netflix budget and prettiness but it feels not as intense as season 1.

The new 4 feel like random acquaintances who’ve barely hung out let alone become close. Feels forced lol

He’s definitely the strongest. Heck I’d say even Jeon Seok Dae would beat most of these guys up haha
