And what are these godawful underwear jumpers like French circus weightlifters from past century?? // LOL! If…
Yes, I don't know how they do it, but they make glasses really sexy! Same for Boeing character from Only Friends.
As for other characters, no one else pickedy interest so far. It's like I want to rewind to see what is happening to Prom and where is the missing brother π

The main "Whyyyyy?" For me personally is why am I still watching this if I find all the stuff so disappointing? And yet here we are. I told my friend the other day that it's now to see more Prom in stockings show π π π
Yeah i have also called out the Top/Mew, Black/White connections........Its like BL pick a mix!
Okay, so Top stole Sand's boyfriend, and altho I personally think it takes two to tango, so Boeing is 50% guilty here, and still it was Mew who made Sand make up with Top, forgive him, become friends, even though they never were to begin with, and even made them kiss. All the while he made Boston fail to graduate from the university claiming this is because Boston did something to Atom, which was cleared later wasn't true or his fault. Mew never said he was sorry. Little bit (a lot, huge) bias here, don't you think? If he truly was his friend, he would believed him in the first place. I read somewhere that Mew was supposed to be this truly dark horse character, but director toned it down last moment and changed Mew to be sort of sweet virgin, which makes him half baked character in my opinion. It would be so much more interesting to watch.

Ahaha okay, let's call iy vintage wrestling themed underwear, you still get me - whyyyyy. And yes, the lube over the clothes and in the puddle omg ππ

@Lucid, @loubug1012 put it perfectly - Top only originally wanted Mew because he was a virgin, while Mew didn't want to have sex without being in love. Top fell for Mew for real and cheated on him with Boston, and sort of suffered for it. Which is exactly what happens with Teena/Zoey - Teena wanted Zoey because he was a virgin, then he fell in love with Zoey, and still sort of cheated on him with Nont. You might say that Nont isn't Zoey's friend, but Teena didn't know it was a different person, plus we can argue if Boston was really Mew's friend, because Mew never cared for Boston and played him really bad in the end. And in both cases - Top/Mew and Teena/Zoey it is never clear why these two characters that have zero overlap in interests or lifestyle or anything at all even fall for each other. To me their relationship isn't believable even for one bit.
Prom/Nont is Sean/White because both Nont and White come into a friend group to investigate what happened to their missing twin who is very different from them, everyone keeps questing them because they don't act like their twin and don't know of any events, and then they both end up warming up to a relationship with local bad guy, where they live happily ever after as a couple (Prom/Nont will get there, I bet). While virgin kink is rather common irl, hence there can be a lot of stories about that even around you, how many missing twin situation are there? It is either taken from Not me or some Bollywood drama lol. Oh and although stockings on Prom are an absolute highlight of these series and probably most of BL series I watched, the hiking tent in the abandoned building sex is looks pretty kinky from how I see it π
After 4 episodes of this gigantic nonsensical mess I feel this is like Witcher writers with their timeline denial are trying to make stuff by mashing Only Friends with Not me. Don't tell me you didn't notice how Teena/Zoey is Top/Mew and Prom/Nont is Sean/White. I am okay with fanfiction, and yes I know my kinks and watch one and the same tropes, but this looks like a rip-off, not just the same trope, and I don't mean it in a good way. It's like a kaleidoscope of random scenes like in a music video, with idea behind it but no real plot or storytelling. And what are these godawful underwear jumpers like French circus weightlifters from past century?? And whoever is making subtitles for us poor foreign viewers, can you please slow them down a bit? I have to rewind and stop to read sometimes. Ugh, so emotionally irritated, I dunno. I just want to watch the last episode to know what happened to the missing brother.
This show should get some reward for the most "close your eyes and think of paycheck" NC scene in history. It…
Ahahah, spot on the NC scenes! If actors aren't okay doing those or even kissing, write those off or get different actors. Really great love stories can be told without NC scenes. This wasn't the one anyway.
It isn't terrible, but it feels like they had a lot of ideas and instead of choosing a couple, tried to push all of those in, which resulted in not thinking any through and failing to tell a solid story. It begins with a gamedev company, then hotel. Young oblivious Babe suddenly is super experienced in relationships. Gambling, drugs and incestuous rape in a fluffy office romcom is a terrible idea. Also no one did anything about it. Brother of the sister who was being raped for 3 years did nothing except for telling her to tell someone else, and then blamed the guy who was in love with her for falling for someone else all while still leeching money feom him. Okay, this could be a bad guy and guilt-driven main lead, but it's just not for some reason. Main couple isn't my favorite, to me personally they don't have any chemistry. They got so many reasons for breakup, but broke up for no reason at all. It reminds me of "Be mine Superstar" where the breakup also happened for no reason at all. I am okay with sex not being shown, but what is this shying away from kisses after you initiated a kiss with your boss? Also Boss clearly voices things he likes and dislikes and Babe just dismisses those. That's a very red flag. I disliked same leads in "Only Friends" and I really dislike childish characters like Babe, so why did I even finish watching it in the first place? The only scene I liked was a kiss in a car. Such a waste of time.
There is something about the story and the actors are doing a good job, but it's just... slow and completely missing something. It was boring to watch even at x2 speed. I was kinda hooked at the promise of a mafia guy in the last episode, maybe their story could be interesting, and these series just explain complicated way that they met. But I wouldn't recommend watching it.
So the guy starts at a job where he is downgraded to the secretary and his boss demands to date him. Any normal person would just turn around and walk out of this office and never come back. It is a straightforward harassment case enough to break any contract. They could for example have explained that Seol Dong Baek was in a critical financial situation, hence he decided to agree and put up with the harassment, and compromised on dinners. Now, the Director states that he is 300 years old and he was cursed by God for... what exactly? Naming someone? Okay, let's imagine he chose the wrong name which lead to guy's death and this is why he is cursed. It almost makes sense. But what the curse is exactly? Eternal life, eternal youth and wealth? Can someone curse me like that please? The only reason to break it was because he is tired of living and wants to die, but he tells Dong Baek that if they don't date they both die and apparently he doesn't want that, so then Dong Baek is somehow a threat to his wellbeing? If we suppose he loved him and couldn't live without him, he behaves coldly and really unhappy about the perspective to date and love Dong Baek in the beginning. How does he know he needs to kiss and hug Dong Baek to relieve his pain? Why does the scar appear? What's Denis' deal? Does he love Dong Baek or the Director? Was he just randomly hired by Director's father in previous life? He did kill Eong Baek in previous life, so maybe he is cursed for that too, but again with beauty, fame, talent and money? His manager driver is the only one who looks cursed with this shitty job, but why? Did he also do something? Dong Baek suddenly decides to date Director after being given pills for common cold. Maybe that is a Korean thing, but this looks as another thing that doesn't make any sense at all. Their dating is what exactly? Dinners? All the work shenanigans when a whole concert organization depends on an intern and when he runs off, there is a whole department of people but no, only a stranger can do the job. Also Dong Baek is a graphic designer? Suddenly he knows how to draw and create a stage better than anyone and he is also a secretary to a weird director? That fortune teller released some purple smoke who entered Dong Baek and spoke - who was that? A god? This is completely dropped. And finally Denis kills Dong Baek again and the story just restarts but now Director doesn't remember? What happened to 300 years of memory?? And okay probably Dong Baek loves Director already and now he wants to date him, while he also stated he wanted to get married and have kids, but what about the curse? Is it gone? Or is he going to prevent it? And don't get me started on "I want to go to your apartment" to decorate a Christmas tree. What the hell. Finally, characters have zero chemistry together. This is a beautiful waste of time that just doesn't make any sense.
Such a beautiful sweet series omg! I loved it so much! Despite the classic shenanigans of office workers gossiping and drinking coffee most of the time, and standart trope where every hot rich person is in love with main protagonist in distress who is oblivious about everyone having a crush on him. I loved the Easter eggs with posters and strangers recognizing the characters is so great. But the best part is Ki Hyun Woo's acting, who's facial expressions are most expressive - he goes from scary to happy to sad in nanoseconds! The scene where he washed his mouth with soju as an angry power move is just my favorite!
As for other characters, no one else pickedy interest so far. It's like I want to rewind to see what is happening to Prom and where is the missing brother π
I think I developed a crush on Prom, cause those legs in stockings, but also he has such a gorgeous and charming smile ππ₯°π
