Because that is how it is in Korean. Single father's have limited rights and are ostracised almost as much as single mothers are. Youtube's Asian boss interviewed a single father in Korea and its incredibly crazy what they go through. A lot of single father's cannot register their children as a Korean if the mother runs off because they need her signature or something. This means that the children cannot get medical treatment and so if the child gets sick, it's a huge financial burden. Also having flexible working hours if you don't have a supportive family, or an able family to help rear the child. It was heartbreaking to watch that in 2019/ 20 this is happening in a developed country. So understanding the cultural background, the concerns are quite valid for them as ridiculous as it seems for us.

I saw it has 126 chapters from the link above. To me thats a quick read. Considering how the drama was 50 episodes and had a lot of intricately woven web of intrigue, I assumed it would be much longer. In comparison, Chai Ji Dan writes stories double that and more. LOL

Well that was a ride and a half. Intricate story. Slow to start but good build up. Conclusion was a bit chatty but I needed it because I couldn't really remember half the characters they mentioned by the end. Now to find a complete translated version of the book.

Isn’t then issues I keep hearing about because of a misunderstanding or lack of sex scene?! And the fans are going crazy because there was no onscreen sex? If that’s The case these fans needs to go “take care of themselves “ so they can stop acting like horn dogs. What a thing to get upset over to the point you say nasty things and threaten people. :(

I meant that Third is extremely selfish. Not Kai. I finished the novel now and have come to the conclusion that Third is a very annoying character. Kai, I can't complain as he was always been himself and then never wavered and he didn't treat Third that way in the novel on purpose and was very stable throughout. Ah well, at least there is still Puppy love 2 to fall back on. That was cuteness overload between off and gun.

OMG I watched Loved but chance twice over the last two days! Hot stuff! I am also following History 3 trapped so I am buffered from feeling too annoyed from Theory of Love.

I couldn't take it after I watched it so I found the novel and almost finished it. I am glad the novel isn't as angsty as the show. I just got to the train station part and my heart is dying for the poor Kai. My issue wasn't about Kai as much as it was about Third though. Even in the novel, I started to feel that he is quite selfish, the way he treats his friends and the trouble he brought to them.

As always Gun is a great actor but I don't think my heart can take all the crap his love is giving him. I am so scared of the following episode that he will continue to be abused like that. I am not a fan of this kind of storyline because I don't feel anyone should be like this and allow themselves to be walked over like they have no self-respect for so long and stopping themselves being truly loved by others who will give them the care and love they deserve. This is why I hate shows like Mischievous Kiss which I want to burn to smithereens and wipe from memory and all existence. No woman or man should lower themselves for love. At least the character acknowledges that he is being taken advantage off, but it looks like he will fall right back in there. I hope the second episode won't be so heavy and he starts to take a stand more for himself.

He's only 18?! I think he out acted EVERYONE in Love by Chance. What a talent. Keep going strong!
