You what is the reason they will no longer do bl drama
Not at all, it was Amelia Clarkes comments I took issue with. Blaming you for their decision not not do BL anymore. Ridiculous.

You what is the reason they will no longer do bl drama
I get that fans will be disappointed, I do not think fans should point fingers at other fans who don't share their like of an actors performance as they do such as the comment Amelia Clarke made. Other people not liking the way an actor acts is not the reason why they left the genre which is the point I was trying to make.

You what is the reason they will no longer do bl drama
Let's not make childish comments just because you are disappointed that your fetishised boys are not working in the genre anymore and think about the real reasons. Straight actors get criticised all the time and don't leave or decide to work in BL instead. Don't be so naive and childish.
Not getting into the whole straight boy acting as gay situation, they are ACTORS primarily, and as an actor they will want to be able to grow as an actor and take on many different roles. Unfortunately in the current BL genre, there is little scope for growth and development and they often are at risk of being type cast. A lot of young actors starting out go into BL as a platform for gaining popularity and a name as a spring board into other projects. This makes them highly hireable because they are already bringing a fanbase (money) with them. Perth is too good to stay within a limited field of BL and as the actors age, they will need bigger and better projects to sustain their career. Perth and Mean have both gained from working in BL and Perth especially is too good an actor to stay within such a limited field and with limited choices of directors. They both come across as actors with ambition which is what one can clearly see when they work without them making any statements.
It's a shame they made those remarks about not working in the genre again instead of just disappearing from it quietly but I think the purpose was two fold: 1. Its great marketing for their projects because fans will want to see their last project and buy all the memorabilia more than they would have and 2. it publicly opens them up to more projects by announcing their desire for other genres. 3. There are probably more reasons that people like us outside the industry do not understand with politics and such.
Let's try and be a little bit more discerning with out comments since I expect you didn't hear directly from the actors themselves that this particular comments was the sole reason for their decisions because as adults and actors, they have more important reasons for their decisions than to get upset when someone doesn't like their acting. Childish.

so many of the characters from the first season are either just gone or downgraded to different actors lolsorry…
Yeah. I was wondering about that casting choice. Why does he look so young when he's supposed to be an established man with a wife and kid?

Wow, I don't even know what to say. I've never really been a fan of Plan's acting, even in his other series. He…
I love TinCan but yeah.... I also blame the directing. If the director is half ass then so are the actors. Good directors are able to bring out the best in their crew. It is clear especially when it comes to seconds seasons that directors just doing it for the cash in as these things are cash cows. They will get the viewership with less effort. It is such a shame. The more I watch from New (director) the more annoyed I get at his work sometimes. You can tell when he can't be bothered. In contrast Tee (who did Tharn Type which is in the same universe) brought out the best from his actors. The story for me is troublesome because of all the subject matters but man do I love ALL the actors and they ALL do a wonderful job! I think New got lucky that Perth is such a great actor to begin with which really made the difference for me in the Ae and Pete scenes.

Waah just started watching it. It's so weird to see Return of Superman dad and Uncle in it! LOL. I was like... why does that doc's voice sound so familiar? Why does he look familiar? Oh Rohui's appa! Also Uncle Kwang Hee is in it! He pretty much acts the same as he does anywhere! LOL How lovely.

I know who the main characters are, but really miss Kengkla, Tum, and Tar...
I could personally do without Tar and Tum storyline. I always skip their scenes in LBC. Have to deal with them in TharnType too! Ugh they are everywhere!

I'm enjoying this season. After reading the comments, I agree that most of the criticism is valid, but I'm not…
Yes, I have the same criticisms but I still gonna watch it and still enjoying TinCan.

Idc what people say, Perth is an excellent actor. Ae's character arc is kind of bland and he has no dialogues…
When I first saw Perth in LBC I was sooo blown away by his acting chops. When actors can show such range with facial expression and in the eyes alone, they are gonna go far. I don't like watching his scenes now but I hope they will give him another love interest or something worthwhile soon and not just throw him away in favour of TinCan storyline.

That person is just being unnecessarily rude, just ignore them. I didn't have any trouble understanding you as most people replying to you didn't either. I actually am a native speaker and missed the 3 months later part so was confused watching the rest as well as because of all the changes from Season 1. I wasn't expecting such a diversion. I was expecting a continuation. Ah well. I love TinCan so will keep watching it. At least I have Season 1 for Ae and Pete memories.

Dailymotion :)
Daily motion doesn't seem to have all the episodes or full episodes. Neither does drama cool. Its missing scenes. Youtube has the best version but no Eng Subs! :(

I'm really not sure it's fair to add the "rape" tag when we don't actually know if they'll keep that in or not.…
I watch mainly Thai BLs and not watched lakorns but this show sounds interesting but your comment about R being common in them.... really? I don't think I feel good about that. Not sure how to feel about it. But not sure how culturally to take it either if that makes sense....

Thanks to the two of you for suggesting Well Dominated Love. I will check it out over this because I can't stand pathetic stupid FLs. From what you both said I know I will get frustrated but I wanted something similar but less frustrating. I hope Well Dominated Love is what I am looking for.
